@@JNDreactions Oh, you should check out the official audio of Mercy she did for the movie The Hating Game. When it first came out, it surprised everyone but she sounded great. I went to both concerts and can tell you that I was in heaven the whole time. I was only in the 4th row back and up close tp her.She brought her family on stage with her at the end and it was the most amazing thing I've ever seen!
She started in Norway, with an after school of performance arts. when she moved to LA she graduated from LA School of Performing Arts last year. She sang this song for a movie.
I heard the comment that the drums were drowning out Angelina in her performances.Nothing drownd out Angelina ever
Not drowning but wrong drumming from a drummer who doesn"t seem to understand that he is just a part of the piece. I prefere her superbe norweigan musicians even if I"m from Sweden. Call them Angelina!😂
@@bockviken 💯 from my very limited exposure to this band through a couple of shorts from AJ’s IG live streams and a handful from the Vegas show and, none of it professionally recorded… I just have to hope that it works live and reassure myself that Angelina is not going to allow any band member to remain that isn’t giving her exactly what she wants, so expecting the best when I finally get to see professionally produced performances 🙏🏼
Some don't understand phone recordings are amateurish and not professional. I heard when the full sound with the bass came in the phone reduced the power and of course she sounds more lower

Please bear in mind we are listening to audio recorded from a very basic mobile phone . It's having a lot of trouble handling the full range of instruments coming at it . I think the sound engineer has tuned the audio for a live stage performance as well.

I heard it was stage management program. I guess she wants to try to improve on perfection. Got a picture with her after the concert. She was absolutely lovely, sweet and friendly. Up close, she looks even younger than her 18 years.

Angelina said in a recent interview she'll be taking classes at Julliard. We don't know any more than that yet. While there I'm guessing she may join the faculty to TEACH as she's about the best vocalist anywhere on the planet 😇.

Hey Steve. I can see a true vocal expert teacher discussing singing with Angelina one-on-one and giving Angelina pointed suggestions on this or that (or maybe some stage presence or other non-vocal performance aspects to make her even more well-rounded). Or maybe a music theory or history class (but even there ... she knows plenty all by herself), perhaps. But really WTH else? As far as Angelina teaching, yes, I hear you. It's just that a lot of what makes her so damned special simply cannot be taught, no matter how eloquently she might be able to teach it. She'd be way inspirational as a teacher, though, and that might well push some marginal talents into the limelight. Basically, I, like you, think she can do no wrong.
They also teach areas other than music, which could help improve her time on stage where she isn't singing.
Apart from that - the rumor about Juilliard comes from an interview with a non-English language magazine and who knows what the journalist got right or wrong (possibly confusing "I would like" and "I will").
Friend, she visited the academy for music and performing arts in Oslo since age 4 (FOUR) and later in LA for technical advices. She is otherwise selftaught.

The only other one I can think of that has been performing 10 years are the Warning.
The entire renowned music industry knows who she is. but she chooses her own pace towards fame. She is signed to the record label "Reublic Records" UMG - as early as 14 years old, and they know what diamond they are sitting on!
She is already an artist for the big occasions with e.g. The new FIFA World Cup's official anthem, in addition to several major performances. Like few artists, she has performed for the Nobel Peace Prize at the age of 8 and 17. She is 18 today.

When Angelina did this cover for the opening credits of the movie "The Hating Game" she was 15yo. I mean, a movie that was in theaters!
Regarding college there are rumors about Juilliard School, but I have no idea how this would fit with the progress of her music career (Juilliard is located in NYC which as you know is not right next to her LA studio).
Yes, true, Paul. I have to think that Angelina just has to be chomping at the bit - at this point - to get out there and perform and perform and perform ... to polish her presentations, enhance her stagecraft, etc. Given her curriculum vitae, she shouldn't have a problem getting top notch expert help on an individual basis that fits her schedule. Having said that, if she wants a Juilliard pedigree I say go for it, young lady.

I’ve been watching her in the beginning now and she’s gonna do more thing cause her voice to get better and stronger Rachael he’s not developing yet he just beginning to not become fully developed 2025 and more women’s cases, so she gonna get better and stronger and more sparkle voice And she gonna bring us new. We never thought about having your new singing that’s what’s gonna happen most
The only reason Angelina would go to music college would be to teach.
I think basically her vocal range, her vocal control and her tonality surpasses anything she has done previously.
For me the next step is to improve her stagecraft and connection to the audience. Bearing in mind she's only 18 years old.
Her musical acumen is much greater than anything she might learn at any learning institution....just ask Quincy Jones. She's already sung for him on his Birthday......by special invitation. He views her as a special talent like Michael Jackson.......one in a zillion.

The mercy by Duffy she got the soundtrack from major motion physical heating game she got the soundtrack of the movie makes more the picture instead of nothing that I did the soundtrack for the movie Hayden James so that’s where you heard of that. OK look it up

The drums are drowning out both Angelina and the rest of the band in all the videos I have seen from the Concert. Is it just the recordings, or was the live mix really that bad?
It never seemed like the drums were a problem live. At least for me. Only problem i noticed was early one guitarist finished the first song off key.
