Love to see you in action! What are the two different liquids you use on the grill? One looks like butter or oil and the other is a whitish.

Are these trailers easy to use and set up and how practical would it be to use cooking for a large group.

Hey I am sorry I took so long to respond. I am a short, out of shape 52 year old... the MKT is supposed to be operated by a crew of four 23 year old men that are tall enough to get into the army. I am in shape now. One day, if i GET THE money, I would replace the canvas/vinyl roof extension with aluminum and sheet metal fold outs.

Mine is filthy. One of my builders recently gave me a John Deere 3300 PSI pressure washer, that needs a carburator rebuild. When I get it fixed, I'll be washing the MKT. This makes me think I'll post a video of the cleaning.

I just rebuilt a Honda and it would suck to clean without a pressure washer.

There is about 50 things i'd change and I would never do this for a biz... but I wanted to expose limitations. It was delicious by the way. I think maybe 15 minutes or so... I started too low and finished too high and over compensated along the way. Here's what I would do in the future. For one... it would be my lemonade pork chops and not this. I WOULD not do this to order but have ONE hotel pan of seared chops.... enough to cover the WHOLE griddle.... then lay those along each other in the pan.... probably sear only one side real well and expose that side up.... then a mess of onions.............maybe peppers too and garlic... that goes over the chops... then...........the lemonade bbq sauce.... which is a sauce like my red and wett but you grind whole lemons and strain out the juice and pour it in. After all that... they would be covered and placed in the M59 range and set on low to cook out. Then if I have an order... I would pull it............. BUT.............. problem is.... why would I do that? Too much trouble.
