Denoising with Chaos Corona for 3ds Max

I wish I knew this earlier, I was waiting for 3 hours render and over 200 passes just for the noise, thanks for the tip

Ahhh sorry for the wait - and yes, denoising will make a huge difference there. There are now three denoising options to choose from too, our recommend High Quality one, but also NVIDIA and Intel AI denoisers (the Intel one works on any CPU btw, not just on Intel chips, though the NVIDIA one will require a suitable NVIDIA GPU).

In the corona 12 denoising is not working. The denoising checkbox unchecks itshelf. And chaos is not respond to my support ticket about it

No, but that's because Corona has much simpler settings, with defaults that work in most scenes so you never have to tweak even those, and all is tailored toward regular archviz renderings. Hope that helps! Tom
