As for a few things you pointed out: - the lack of a vehicle after spawning in the observatory: In version 2.1 the player will spawn next to his apartment (so also next to his personal vehicle). - 0$ price for the apartment: to start paying for the apartment the player must first enter it, then it is saved in the file. In version 2.1, I will make a fix so that when there is no payment, a notification will not be sent. - bug with XP: and what you did here I have no idea. Some kind of callout must have been bugged, I have no idea how. I will also add a protection for such situations in version 2.1. Thank you very much for making a video about my plugin, and also for finding possible things to improve!
I know you can't do it on single-player mod, but it would be cool if the players could respond to each other. I think that would be cool, so you could have both NPC cops and real players responding to each other.

i just noticed that at 28:00 "Jackson West" was me haha same at 9:10 i was actually testing the mod earlier today and that car on fire almost blew up in my face! We was testing it at the same time which i find pretty cool
There are so many police simulators out there but nothing compares to the damn LSPDFR. I really hope GTA 6 continues that. Mod support on RDR 2 went no where...

Kool ..even with the Zone setup it be kool if highway patrol should be able to patrol anywhere on the map...and just keep local Sheriff's and town cops in a zone...😄
I been playing Enhanced since its beginning stages. This is an essential mod for LSPDFR that adds an extra sense of purpose than just free patrols without it. The ranking system is the best on the market for LSDPFR
Great question, I do like them both if I am being 100% honest. Expanded PROS: I like the fact that you can go to a car dealership and purchase a vehicle upgrade with the money you have earned. I like how the Car spawns at the apartment that you purchased from money you have earned. Wardrobe Closet: Although not the best as it may not take clothes off very well from previous shift, I still like it. I like the police station that you can spawn into and Clock in/out. I like how you can get groceries, clothes and carry the bag in and out of stores. You can get a haircut and tattoo and the mod will remember this. RicyVaso does seem to respond well in the comments trying to help everyone and he updates his mod on the regular. Expanded CONS: The car despawns after shift which is not great, but understandable due to Rockstar eliminating resources to save frames and stability of the game. Report writing is just a press of a button, does nothing consequential, serves zero purpose in fact. Fuel system could be better, animation is decent but he has not implemented a fuel bar to show fuel levels. So the fuel system itself is just animation. Rank system feels empty, no sense of accomplishment to further your career but instead just earn money I guess to purchase things. The UI Elements are lacking to a degree, it is nice to have them, but could perhaps look better on screen and more visible towards the top of the screen perhaps with better color display? ================================= Enhanced PROS: Earn XP on certain aspects of policing like pullovers, arrests. Good ability to change the config file to fix certain issues like Zone hinderance. Police vehicles are locked which is a good thing, as you level up, you can unlock other vehicles which gives you a sense of accomplishment. Seeing other players actions (Pullovers, Callouts) on the screen is a nice idea at the moment and it feels different as in better (for now). UI elements are well done, colorful and easy to see at top of screen, seeing Rank, Health, Sleep and Money. Enhanced CONS: UI elements on map could be labeled better, I get mixed up on restaurants, hard time finding actual groceries to buy like (salt, pepper, and other ingredients) I still have no idea as I went into a 24/7 thinking I can buy things, nope. No car dealership, do we steal the cars? Ummm okay? I guess you can get a haircut and tattoos if you want or clothes, but where do they go? You have to save them onto another mod like EUP? Beginning spawn location was far away from the beginning police station, I have no car, so I guess we will spawn one or steal one, great way to start a LEO career. Several mods have a potential to conflict with Enhanced causing other plugins to bug out or maybe Enhanced itself? Not sure, but there are several mods on the list that conflict.
@@BlueLineVibes Hi, in order to buy ingredients you need to approach the refrigerators in 24/7. When your HUD visible, the markers on the ground are also visible (i.e., locations of stores, fast food, etc.). As for conflicts with other mods, this is not directly caused by my plugin, but by the fact that many plugins break when a player leaves the duty and re-enters it. I will consider introducing a version of compatibility so that the player does not completely go off duty (scripted in LSPDFR). I can make it so that during this time the player can't run pursuits, respond to callouts, but for certain things like events in SuperEvents or calling backup will then have to be possible even while being off duty.
How long did it take to install all of that? I installed LSPDFR years ago and two days later Rockstar had their infamous meltdown about mods and made their threats. I removed all the mods I had, not knowing any better, and never bothered again. It took me most of a day watching tutorials to get everything working. I got to use it for one day and it was pretty awesome. I just don’t have time to keep something like this updated now. Nice video and keep up the good work.
It can definitely take a long time to get everything set up. Depends on how proficient you are with installing and knowing which mods are worth installing and the other mods are old and outdated. I do have website bluelinevibes.com/mods - all the mods I have installed currently

No, the mod is basically a plugin for LSPDFR. It feeds off the cars that you currently have installed into your game. Dispatch is called BlueLine Dispatch v2.1 - More info in description.
I’m wondering if it thought you were still in the first initial traffic stop. Because when u got the pop up for cp gained it said you were on the traffic stop for quite some time. So I wonder if there is a bug if you light someone up in zone go on pursuit end up out zone and roam around make a traffic stop then go back in zone maybe it was an accumulation of points… So by the time you finished the last stop in zone it gave you the points for the previous stops plus the pursuit, idk if that makes sense or If you’ll even see this🫣 31:25
I think you are right actually, If I had gone code 4 and cleared the call completely and then a pursuit/ arrest occurred, not sure if it would have been different.

The thought of being able to play a game like this is awesome. I just wish I knew what the hell to do. Also, do you know if there is a way to do co-op?
Welcome to the channel KC. Thank you for your service as an LEO. I am a Native Texan myself so you are much appreciated. My background is mostly emergency medicine, but have been hooked on LEO simulation gameplay for years. No need to worry about being new to the modding scene. We all had to start somewhere. I have been doing this for 10 years now, but I was in your shoes once. There is not one single person in this LSPDFR community that was great at it from the start. I can't count how many times I have royally messed my game up and had to reinstall. I have a ton of Tutorials on my channel. You mentioned you have LSPDFR installed, so that is good. Hopefully it is working well for you. Once you feel like you have some of the basic understanding how it work, you can start to branch out to other fun plugins. Here is one video that you might find useful. They had previous mods out here like FivePD and it was a bit buggy and has lost it's popularity. There is FiveM - which is not related at all to LSPDFR as you are playing on a large server with several people that have specific roles (civilian, Police, EMS, Fire, Dispatch) Then there is Emergency Response Simulator which is kind of like a Hybrid between FiveM and LSPDFR and FivePD perhaps. You might have to look it up yourself, but it can feel a bit like LSPDFR with friends.

Did you work as a responding paramedic? We worked closely with our paramedics and our E.R. staff. We even had a select crew of paramedics that would go out with us on our SWAT and K-9 unit call outs. They would even train with us. It was pretty cool. So, Thank you for your service! I always said that there were 2 jobs that I could not and would not do: 1)Prison Guard. 2)Emergency Medicine (Paramedic or E.R.). Yes, I followed your instructions on downloading LSPDFR and my game is working, but I heard you mention simple trainer and had no clue what you were talking about, so I looked that up and again followed your instructions on downloading and installing it. Mine did have the one that said ini or ina what it said, but it would pull up in note pad, so I figured no problem. Unfortunately simple trainer is not working for me. I hit the F3 key and nothing happens. I think it may be because I am not seeing hookV in my files. Right now I am not really enjoying the game yet because I don't know how to even do all of the commands yet. I like playing with a controller, but that seems limiting and I have tried using both the controller and keyboard, but I don't seem to be having much luck with that working with both. Probably user error. Thanks a lot for all the info on the co-op stuff. I will check those out. I just finished playing Police Simulator. It is good, but not quite as immersive as I had hoped. I also watched your videos on that too.

Are you a cop in real life? Good and realistic radio traffic on the pursuit. I've been a cop for 27-years, 18 of the as an FTO. You should apply to do this in real life if you aren't already. I've been out of the car for the last three years and I might try this to keep the juices flowing. Only feedback I would give is that we usually use north, south, east, and west for directions rather than "left" or "right". Left and right can mean different things to your responding backs depending on their orientation.
If you got it at a decent price, should be fine. The hardware itself is pretty good still and we don't really know when or if the software will not be used in the future. Hell I might even still be using it 10 years from now.
Are there options to use other departments, like SAHP, BCSO, LCSO, Parks, or MPs? I generally prefer highway patrol but both of these seem limited to the LSPD.
No, in the ranks.xml configuration file you have full freedom to customize patrol zones, posts and rank names. So you can play as SAHP, LSSD, BCSO etc.
@BlueLineVibes, Hay amazing videos btw, so I have an issue with LSPDFR when I get on sometimes the RagePluginHook command crashes my game, then when i think i fixed it when i get in my vehicles and turn the lights on it crashes my game. I've done so much research this is a brand-new installation I don't have any plugins or extra stuff in my game right now. Please help if you can thanks and keep up the great work!

I'm not 100% sure yet. I know RicyVasco is still updating his mod "Expanded" I still have all game saves. Depends if the viewers really do not have a preference. We can stay with Expanded for awhile. I just want some changes so that it feels rewarding.

Well, I have been doing this mod and fine tuning everything for the past 9 years in this UA-cam channel. Just stuck with it and things seem to click better. Of course that is after thousands of mistakes and major errors over the years. No one is blessed with the knowledge, nor does that make me better than anyone else. This is all Single Player. The main mod is LSPDFR (LSPD First Response) and the plugin for LSPDFR is called (LSPDFR Enhanced) So you would have to install LSPDFR first, then the LSPDFR Expanded. Yes, I followed your instructions on downloading LSPDFR and my game is working, but I heard you mention simple trainer and had no clue what you were talking about, so I looked that up and again followed your instructions on downloading and installing it. Mine did have the one that said ini or ina what it said, but it would pull up in note pad, so I figured no problem. Unfortunately simple trainer is not working for me. I hit the F3 key and nothing happens. I think it may be because I am not seeing hookV in my files.
Right now I am not really enjoying the game yet because I don't know how to even do all of the commands yet. I like playing with a controller, but that seems limiting and I have tried using both the controller and keyboard, but I don't seem to be having much luck with that working with both. Probably user error.
Thanks a lot for all the info on the co-op stuff. I will check those out. I just finished playing Police Simulator. It is good, but not quite as immersive as I had hoped. I also watched your videos on that too.

Are you a cop in real life? Good and realistic radio traffic on the pursuit. I've been a cop for 27-years, 18 of the as an FTO. You should apply to do this in real life if you aren't already. I've been out of the car for the last three years and I might try this to keep the juices flowing. Only feedback I would give is that we usually use north, south, east, and west for directions rather than "left" or "right". Left and right can mean different things to your responding backs depending on their orientation.

If you got it at a decent price, should be fine. The hardware itself is pretty good still and we don't really know when or if the software will not be used in the future. Hell I might even still be using it 10 years from now.

That light issue with the backup officers may be a server issue. The lights may very easily have been showing for them.

Are there options to use other departments, like SAHP, BCSO, LCSO, Parks, or MPs? I generally prefer highway patrol but both of these seem limited to the LSPD.
No, in the ranks.xml configuration file you have full freedom to customize patrol zones, posts and rank names. So you can play as SAHP, LSSD, BCSO etc.

@BlueLineVibes, Hay amazing videos btw, so I have an issue with LSPDFR when I get on sometimes the RagePluginHook command crashes my game, then when i think i fixed it when i get in my vehicles and turn the lights on it crashes my game. I've done so much research this is a brand-new installation I don't have any plugins or extra stuff in my game right now. Please help if you can thanks and keep up the great work!

I'm not 100% sure yet. I know RicyVasco is still updating his mod "Expanded" I still have all game saves. Depends if the viewers really do not have a preference. We can stay with Expanded for awhile. I just want some changes so that it feels rewarding.

Well, I have been doing this mod and fine tuning everything for the past 9 years in this UA-cam channel. Just stuck with it and things seem to click better. Of course that is after thousands of mistakes and major errors over the years. No one is blessed with the knowledge, nor does that make me better than anyone else. Just trial / Error / Learn from mistakes ;)

This is all Single Player. The main mod is LSPDFR (LSPD First Response) and the plugin for LSPDFR is called (LSPDFR Enhanced)
So you would have to install LSPDFR first, then the LSPDFR Expanded.
