GTA 3 - Pedestrian riot playthrough - Part 12

I hate "Espresso-2-Go!" with a passion. And the tank seems to be doing more harm than good.
A GTA 3 playthrough with the Riot% mod, which triggers all three pedestrian riot cheats, makes traffic thicker, and disables some camera angles.
