I have 4 cats of my own (my weiner doggie passed away). I also feed 7 stray cats outside. I built homes for them which they love. Its been so cold.❤ that's nice that you love animals so much. You're a good woman. They need to eat too. My outside cats have gotten so domesticated, that i doubt they could eat on their own.
I currently have 8 barn cats, had a mama cat show up pregnant, we feed them daily and I have trapped them as part of our county’s trap and release (after fixing) program. A lot of work but worth it!
Hi Corinna. You can use linguine just like spaghetti its just flat. Nice that you care for the outside cat and of course, your feathered friends. It's still cold here. 15° here now. Haven't ventured out. Trying to stay put until it warms up a bit next week. Stay well!

I'm so happy you care for your outside kitties. I had three cats show up here over the past year. I had them vetted and they are now happy indoor cats and have finally made friends with my other three.
You can bust up some linguini noodles & make a big pot of soup with the veggies, chicken broth & a can of chicken. Can also throw in a bit of instant mashed potatoes to thicken 😊
Good haul. You can use the linguine just like spaghetti or fettuccine, it’s so good! Nice to see the value of the food pantry items. You all stay warm there my friends! 🙏🏻💜
Nice haul my friend, the pasta is the same as any other just a different shape, I use it for spaghetti when im out of spaghetti noodles, your sandwich looked so good I had to go make myself one, thank you for sharing with us and God bless you and Glen and your fur babies today tomorrow and 4ever 🦋🐢🪻🌺

I guess we just expect it and prepare for it as far as making sure we are well stocked up on food, propane, water, gas in the truck. We usually have one or two deep freezes per winter.
Corinna,ask your local food bank..most have food for animals.Ours always ask if i have a pet..iI just say my husband!😅 Progresso used to be good,but they suck now,very watery except for split pea& ham.😊
Feeding the cats the tuna is just fine. It's saving you money on cat food that you can spend on another need. The food pantry type places give pet food here, yours must not?

I use linguine interchangeably with fettucini for chicken alfredo, like from the jar and add a can of canned chicken and parm cheese.
