#4 watching this in August 2022. Brutal grief knocked me way off balance & out of alignment. Then turned into ptsd. Worst time of my life but I finally crawled out of my pit. I chose Pile 3. I struggle with anxiety and depression and anytime I’m outside, day or night, I find a calming energy cover me. I love looking at the stars and the moon and have since I was a kid. It’s like I’m drawn to it. Anyways, I’m ready for this change! I’m keeping my eyes and mind open as I’m ready for a career and location change.
I was compelled to choose pile one. The first four draws spoke volumes to me. For me, the emperor represents that side of me who seeks to control the situation by gathering useless information elsewhere, rather relying on my intuitive nature (queen of cups) and ultimately plummeting me further, and further down a path of fear, worry, and anxiety. Pile 4 - I felt the need to share this after the reading:
You know how there's grounding visualizations? (to center and etc). I like to do something similar, but with the other elements as well.
- With air, I like to call it floating, in which you let all your thoughts and worries that might be overwhelming you just speak out. I like to visualize them as gusts of wind, they may be scary and overwhelming, but in the end they're just wind and you can let them just go through you.
- With fire I call it burning, bc usually when I do this I'm not feeling super, so there's always and underlying emotion I've been trying to avoid or get rid of. So during burning I just let myself feel it and embrace it. If you're angry, just let yourself be angry for a moment, let it burn all the way through (judgement free, we're not trying to be rational here, just giving space to let our emotions do their thing). Afterwards, when you're inevitably tired of said feeling, imagine the fire dying down to embers.
- With water I couldn't find a name yet, but I like to visualize any form of water (rain, river, ocean, etc) washing through the ashes the fire left behind. Again, this is about emotions, but deeper. Whatever makes us feel sad, angry, etc, has a core to it, a reason about why it's hurting us this bad. So now that you've burned through your first emotional reaction, you dig in a little more and sink in the root of the issue (I like swimming, so I imagine myself literally sinking down a huge ocean).
- With earth it's more like your usual grounding. So at this point, I have gone through a lot of emotions, so the way I do it is let all of the remaining heavy stuff be absorbed down the ground, while I take deep breaths and do the whole "name things you can feel, smell, hear and see" to kinda come back online to the external world.
The point in all of this is not to rationalize your problems and find a solution to them, but to stop running away from what's weighing you down and face it properly, instead of spending all day long trying to feel better by avoiding your feelings and hoping they'll go away.
When she mentioned just sitting with the storm, it made me remember of this thing I do.

I've been spiraling back into putting basing my worth on what other people's opinions of me are and working to impress them instead of myself. I felt like I had finally broken out of this but with starting a new job and meeting all kinds of new people I find myself back in the same pattern.

Perfect! I was 2. This video popped up like 5 different times and I thought I better listen. U started mentioning lawyers and I’m having an arbitration in less than a week from a Toyota Tundra totaling my car in 2018. I had damage and finally surgery from it and this has just dragged on. Hi Firefly from group 3. I totally resonated with your reading. My epilepsy has been uncontrollable last year, but this year, so far I seem to be back in balance as far as the seizures go. I do feel like I've been through a roller (being a surfer) or a whirlpool. I like the idea of writing down my dreams and wishes. I'm an artist and yoga teacher by trade and I wrote down on a stone last year, in the midst of seizure hell, that sits on my art table, along with all my other shells and crystals and other bits and pieces, 'it's okay to change your dreams'. Revaluating and letting go of outdated desires is a sound idea.

@@seraph.j Yes, all three! Unfortunately I've had to stop teaching yoga at the end of last year as I had a couple of seizures in class and they are scary to witness for my students. On the plus side it has given me time to concentrate on my art, which I'm loving.
Pile 3 - I started therapy yesterday, thinking I was finally taking steps to manage the ADHD I assumed had been my problem. It turns out that I've just been through so much trauma and abuse throughout my entire life that I have basically just been disassociating for 39 years. At least, I've been through so much that this is their running theory for now.
I'm happy to finally be moving forward in this way, but I'm going to have to dig up all the pain I've hidden from myself. This is gonna hurt like hell.
I pray that you go through this process with strength and light. Please remember to call on your angels to give you strength and courage, and most importantly love. Number 2: I'm learning to trust my divine at a new level. An example is, two days ago I followed a friend over to his friends shop for a tuneup. I'm supposed to leave for Florida today, but yesterday my friend had a heart attack and was sent to the hospital. I had no idea where my car is because I'm new to the area. Pile number 4! You're crazy how you resonate. In February 2022 I lost my job. Than in April I started resolving problems which were in my family very intensely for 12 years, but it was generational for couple of decades, before I was born. I finished whole thing in November 2022, it was so hard, working ten times more than usual it was so correct! It was hard, but it's finished. I succeeded and that's all it matters! I'm still healing from the process, for me it was the hardest thing in my life untill now.

Pile 1 the sun, amazing. I had a week off work and I booked a trip to London with my grandson as he was on break from school. We had an amazing time but when I got home I was covid positive and have had to isolate for a week. I am so tired and run down and when your video came up I realised it was telling me - you are working too hard. I am exhausted and to be honest I don't want to go back.
