this time i have decided to listen to all since i was really drawn to all....but the Group #2 and Group #4 crystals drew my attention.....the card in Group #3 drew my attention rather than the crystal and since i made a mistake before while typing the group #2 i typed #1 which, i will listen to.........and if none of them resonates with me i will still listen to it........ :-)

Pile 1, ok, how wild is this...I just watched a couple videos before this reading, about the Wim Hof Method (talks about clearing up autoimmune diseases, depression and build strong immune systems, by taking cold showers and using a breathing technique in conjunction with meditation). Yes water is a very significant part here. I have auto immune issues that wake me up at night, keep me tired throughout the day, so I'm open to anything natural to get it in order. Hopefully this works and I will be open to more with a clear mind! Thanks so much for your sharing of spirits guidance.

You won't believe it but I also watched Wim Hof Method of breathing yesterday. Decided to do it every day because I felt great after deep breathing. Also tried s cold shower. And chose pile 1.
Interesting, like No1 I've been slowly easing into breathing exercises. Can't do the wimhof yet but I'm working on it. Also tried the alternate nostrils breathing and because I've been too unwell I can't even do that. Saying that I'm working on it.

@@eleonorastevic9448 I'm a little on the Russel Brandt level of ease into it lol, I want to watch a little more of the breathing, and the timing of shower/bath. I like to exercise first thing (I sweat like crazy) so I'd prefer to hit my steaming body with ice cold water and see if it's still effective. I'll work my way into making it a habit as the benefits seem amazing. You'll have to touch base as to how it's working for you. Have a fab week:)

The synchronicities for me in pile 2 are insane! I just don't know what all the signs are about lmao. It's funny how spirit is like "be confused it's fun, we promise you'll like it". It makes me feel like I'm a kid again on a treasure hunt. Well it certainly worked, as confused as I am, the more curious I am to find out what all of this means.

@@jadabug13 It's most definitely a good thing. In the past for me it has also been a lesson of trust that the universe (or whatever higher power you may believe in) has your best interest at heart.
It's okay to not have all the answers right now. Trusting the universe helps you release control of the situation and allow it to flow as it normally would. Releasing control benefits your own individual psyche as well, in ways only you know best.
The message about physical ailments: your body tells you when something is wrong or going on. Like your gut is the sensor. If you've been feeling stomach pain for example, it may be negative energy from a person or situation lately

Group 3: “when your only tool is a hammer everything looks like a nail problem”. I have been working on a book for the last year and a half as part of my CSA survivor experiences and how I have been trying to find “more tools than a just a hammer” for coping. What started out as therapy for me, I am hoping to share with others the things I’ve learned. I want to help people first, but it would be nice to be financially successful as well.
I also start a new position on the 8th as an educator for home health.
Pile 1: I organized and cleared out the house after being restrained and stressed for months and failing an important exam for a second certificate to become more hirable . I felt like I was in battle from months of intensive studying for this exam. My back and neck pain is from prolonged standing/sitting as I studied through the day and nights, and the stress of the exam. I just want to get hired with one certificate under my wing, be able to have quality time with my children, and have true days off. A couple of days ago as I was driving home from the 5-hr exam which I failed, I realized I’m not really breathing so I have been reminding myself to take deep breaths. I am pausing and grateful for your message.

So, a day ago I seen this video and one of the messages you passed on was about hearing birds. Well, last night I was falling asleep when suddenly I heard a bird chirp twice. This whole process happened within seconds. I did not see the bird but I did see a beautiful blue sky and garden. At the same time I suddenly felt an overwhelming happiness and joy. I was laying on my left side and heard it in my left ear. It was such a beautiful and heartfelt gift. I slept very well last night and woke up with lots of energy, feeling grateful, and happy.

Firefly, I thought you might enjoy this "sign" I received this morning. My friend met me this morning to enjoy a walk with her and her dog. We walked to her house and in front of her driveway was a folded piece of paper. On this paper I had written a prayer and carry it on my person everywhere. I noticed the night before I only had one piece of paper on myself, with another prayer on it. The paper had not blown away overnight, nor was it damp from the overnight air. Wow! So, as soon as you saud about a wing, a little pretty bird flew over ti me and stood just in front of me on the windshield. Then the round thing is just amazing as I got a few bags full of stuff dropped by with so many watches, especially the old round ones that used to carry men with a chain. When I saw everything, especially those pocket watches, I knew it was all a sign but didn't quite get the meaning behind. After what you said, the bags were full of cds and dvds, beautiful masks and all things I want to work on in the future on my project. I'm just like wow now! Okay, Pile 3 is FASCINATING to me, because there are two major things potentially going on in my life. One, a group of us (ollllld friends) are kicking around ideas on how to create a community where we can physically support each other as we age (we’re all middle-aged at this point), such as buying houses in the same neighborhood, or just finding a big property or apartment building or what-have-you. I’ve been getting the ace of pentacles right and left, with the message that someone from my past is going to make me a REALLY abundant offer, and the other day a friend in that group, but who I haven’t talked to in years, called me out of the blue to say they might’ve found a property. So I am waiting with ‘bated breath to find out if it pans out. Second thing is a little more personal, but there may be polyamory/ENM involved (I’m hoping!) and I do keep getting 3s - mostly cups and pentacles. Which, Caring Connections, 3 of cups, etc. And these messages KEEP coming up in various readings from various people, including those I do for myself. I am DYING to see what happens!
