Great idea! Love the Innsmouth album, we do dry sounding death metal well. Also dig the first Earth CD, I was so disappointed with the sophomore. And when I saw them live the once, they didn't play Prophecy or Destiny so I was quite annoyed lol
thanks man and yeah I could see the 2nd Earth not being your thing - definitely a "for fans of Wolverine Blues" type thing which rules out plenty of folks
Innsmouth did indeed have Karkuss on vocals for atleast one live gig, saw them with him here in Brisbane. Wasn’t sure what to expect with his vocal style but I was blown away. Sounded absolutely crushing.
thanks for confirming and you are right that it might have been a weird combination of his vocals with their style but glad it worked - a real shame they split
pretty sure I do actually but thanks for the offer - I have a heap of boxes of cds in the shed and I have to sort them all into Aussie or not Aussie boxes so I can actually find stuff!
@mendicantmedia hahaha no worries mate, if you dont have it, it's yours, no charge. Sounds like you have much to uncover from the shed, that could be a video in itself! Haha
Love Grenade. One of our best. Caught them live without the Dyer bros and it was not the same at all. Innsmouth on the other hand never disappoint. Short but flawless career. Nice spotlight on these
Love to hear about the Aussie stuff.
like most countries we have a LOT of bands so I have plenty more to choose from for upcoming videos
Good stuff bro, I'm blasting some Sudafed now
Cool stuff. You are a historian of Aussie extreme music! Very thorough.
Believe it or not I have heard of Butterfly but I’m not sure where. Cheers
thanks mate sometimes it helps being an old geezer - plus I've always enjoyed spruiking killer Aussie bands
Forgot how much I enjoy some Innsmouth
ripper band - a real shame we didn't get more
Like and share the video everyone

Heard of Innsmouth but not sure if I've listened to them. Will check them out
Earth are great!
let me know what you think of Innsmouth - I can see them as not being for everyone
@@mendicantmedia loved them!
Great video mate! Do you have Steel Afflictions cd, it's a ripper and I have a spare copy
