Hi, as a tip. When you make your smoothie its better to earn it. See when i make my smoothie (mango, 2 banana, 3 strawberries) i usually earn it by a few sessions of passing a ball against the wall, few stretches and some jump rope. U will feel very rewarded. Other then that ur routine is very inspiring and i actually might try it myself, bye!

I am a girl living in Turkey and frankly, women's football is not very supported here. Last year, during the summer break, I was playing for the Inter youth team (I was in the men's group because it was a group consisting only of men). Of course, it wasn't a very friendly environment, but I wanted to play, then I broke my arm and my mother didn't want me to play. Later, no matter how much I insisted, they did not allow it. Since my school is very small, it is forbidden to play football and so right now I only do wall passes at home. Not being able to play football is really hard for me :) (I'm writing this in translation, if I wrote it wrong, that's why
I get how you feel. I'm also a girl and was in a similar position. Despite women's football being more supported here, I still never got the chance to play football in an academy or youth team. It's too late for me since I'm 17 now, but I would suggest you to do is to keep training and try to find a local team where you can join or something.

yo you should probably get a pair of AG boots if you play on Artifical Grass because wearing Firm ground boots on artifical grass increases risk of a severe injury by so so much.
All pros who play on turf wear FG. Just something to consider.

i'm also 17 but the thing is i just started playing football and i have a genuine question what training should i do to have a soft touch because whenever i do drills the ball just keep getting away i wanna improve so bad
all it takes is practice, and spending time with ball. Focus on close control in all scenarios. Juggle... find ways to practice 'your actual touch' by urself. By passing against the wall, control from the air... If your with mates, test each others control and juggle together.
I'd advice you to research properly and learn from professionals.
But with me my no.1 tip is to love the ball, and practice, practice, practice.
