As you get farther away from Maui’s coastline, you’ll end up in Upcountry, an area known for its unique farms, rolling pastures, and sweeping panoramic views. We first visited Ali’i Kula Lavender Farm and explored their beautiful grounds while trying all things lavender - lavender scones, honey, chocolate and even lavender coffee! Next we went to Maui Estate Coffee and were graciously welcomed by the owners and given an intimate tour of their farm while tasting their deliciously aromatic, hand crafted small batch gourmet coffee. We ended the day eating a late dinner at Mama’s Fish House, a can’t miss if you’re ever in Maui, not only for the fresh food and impeccable service, but for the amazing views and ambience.

It’s so cool learning how coffee is made behind the scenes! I actually had this experience last year in Costa Rica. I’ve had coffee infused with lavender and it was absolutely delicious. I’ll have to try that fish house when I go to Maui in the future!

I’d never have thought to put lavender and coffee together, I use coffee to wake up and lavender to fall asleep! 😅 lavender honey sounds great though. Can’t believe that was your first time using a portable toilet! Beautiful scenery in this video (as always😊)

The lavender body butter sounds really luxurious and as you say, much needed with all the hand washing! I don’t think I’ve ever tried any kind of lavender infused food or drinks...would love to try it, especially the coffee 😊☕️

Maui seems so beautiful and has such a diverse landscape... We've never visited a lavendar farm before nor Hawaii and it will definitely be on our list once it re opens. Will add Mama's fish house to our to do list for when we do make it!
Mama’s Fish house is a must! Do try to go for an earlier dinner so you can enjoy the view. Just an FYI, the restaurant does get booked out rather quickly. 😊

I’ve always been curious what a lavender farm looked like ever since I watched the episode of Modern Family when they go to Hawaii. It looks beautiful and the products looks fab! I too, love the smell of lavender. It is so gentle and sweet, I cannot believe lavender coffee exists! My daughter is 2, but I seriously still use the lavender baby shampoo for her because it smells so good. Port a potties are GOD AWFUL, I envy the fact you were a PAP virgin before the lavender farm! Hahaha Your Hawaii trip is just amazing, loving your vlogs!

Both farms looks so relaxing! I've never had coffee infused with lavender, but do like honey and lemonade infused with lavender. How long would you recommend for a stay on a trip to Maui?
Oh- and I totally feel you on the porta-potty thing. I try to avoid them because I have a serious irrational thought process that it's going to be picked up by the wind or be knocked over while I'm in there. Haha!
I think 7 days would be plenty unless you plan on doing some in depth hiking. There are some really great off the beaten path areas in Maui. Haha! I’m glad that I’m not the only one with a porta potty phobia! 😆
