This was my first week of winter arc!! Just trying to be consistent in the gym, eat more protein (and a generally balanced diet) and be more mindful. Love this trend!!
I’m on week 2 of mine! My motto is currently “progress over perfection” because I have a lot of travel for work and such and I hit 95% of my goals last week and so far am at 100% this week!
I set up a plan for my winter arc and got super sick. It involved more movement and more greens. Now I just want my appetite back and be able to take a walk like a normal person 😂
I have been seeing winter arc alll over and I haven’t put much thought into it but you just motivated me to sit down and write up some goals and plan my winter arc! I agree I love that it’s a challenge but you can really do whatever you want! I was gonna do 75 hard but I think i’ll start here first!
I love setting the tone for fall and winter 😊. It’s amazing to take care of yourself more intentionally. I’m so happy you’re doing the same as me ! Keep up the great work girl, let’s live our best lives no matter whatttt!
For a preacher curl, you can just sit on a bench with your knees bent, legs in like a triangle, and lean over. Put one of your triceps against your inner thigh and keep it there while you curl. Then just switch sides! You can prob look up a video showing this technique.

Duuude!! On my period I normally have like 10 extra lbs. and then a week later I would weigh in and be 12lb down. It’s CRAZY how much that number doesn’t matter and how much womens bodies can change.
Not sure if this may be you issue but i was ruining my skin because i was using acids and retinol at the same time. I think that skin cycling is the way to go. Also i dont believe in fillers but love a laser. You may like that. Microneedling also producing great results.
I have adult cystic acne, the best thing I ever did was stop all the serums etc and use witch Hazel gel on my acne, not pick (which us so hard!) And it's cleared my face up. Make sure to clean all instruments properly I find baby bottle steriliser is the best thing to use. Honestly though witch hazel gel (not just straight witch hazel) god send so cheap and so easy to use!
it sucks, but unfortunately i had to cut dairy to finally stop with the big chin breakouts! i know you get a lot of your protein from dairy, but i have been able to get 100g protein pretty easily without it, and it is def what really made a difference for me!
My experience exactly. Wish I could enjoy low fat yogurt, and whey protein treats, but they just aren’t worth the damage to my skin. Egg whites have filled the protein gap for me, as there’s only so much chicken and fish I can stomach! 💪🏼😊
There’s a girl I watch on YT that just got her teeth done. She’s in her 20s. I do think she looks older with them. And I was surprised when I realised she was younger than me (I’m 32). I’m happy for her if she likes them but I think it’s sad that she felt the need to do it when her teeth looked perfectly nice before.
I tried a few Mind Pump programs and just can’t do it. Like you, I thought they’d be amazing given their podcast, but they actually way too long and too much for most non-body building people. I feel like they designed them for enhanced athletes really. I’ve made so much progress doing weights 2-3 times a week with only 6 or 7 exercises in a session and realised I didn’t need to kill myself like that. I hated every Mind Pump session as they had way more exercises than that and each session took forever… all 3-4 programs were the same bad approach. Something like Jordan Syatt’s monthly editions are so much better - the sweet spot for volume to give you results.

I wasn’t sure if I was being lazy but I truly just don’t like it and that is okay! I’ve also made progress with other styles and I think I’m gonna go right back to them

Low GI diet to prevent skin breakouts - worst triggers for me are dairy, grains, and added sugars. So basically the classic Paleo diet cured mine 🥳
