I was done when the entrance into the home was through the kitchen.
Never been too happy with these types of homes because they’re too close together…but keep the homes coming, I love it

It's gonna be half a mil after taxes. Primary has no tub, not even a decent size closet. What happened to Atlanta?

They just be building anything. 500k for this sandwiched up mess. You can't have gatherings at your house, where is everyone gonna park? The houses in Georgia are beautiful on the outside but the inside layouts don't make rhyme or reason.

Can you do a townhouse , penthouse tour in Gwinnett?
Not the best layout. Why is the entrance through the kitchen? Laundry on 3rd floor, no tub in master bath, mastersuite on the 3rd floor.....all not good. If I'm in my bedroom and want a snack, I have to go down 2 flights of stairs to the kitchen and 2 flights of stairs back up. Crazy. Forget this.

Love your videos as always, yet the builders let us down. I'm sure people will buy it. You get no type of out outdoor space. That unit did not have the balcony, so the buyer is relegated to being inside. The second floor could have had additional living space had the builders continued the floor over the kitchen. This one was poorly designed. Keep 'em coming, Raymond. Love the variety you give us with each quality video you share!!

Hello love bug, I hope me saying love bug does not upset you. Term of endearment only saying I love you. Anyway, I know these are not technically your properties and everything but whoever drew up the plans on this one right here should've thought about the price and the specs of this home. First thing is who wants to walk in the front door to the kitchen, then when you opened that door and there was only a one car garage and one car parking outside I was livid. Then the closet for a washroom on the THIRD FLOOR OMG who is going to lag clothes to the third floor to a closet for one for a purchase price of 500k. It is a beautiful home though. I am a subbed now and watch all of your videos keep up the great work and quality videos.
