Hey guys, spent way too much time putting this video together, hopefully it was worth it and you enjoy. I have another 4 levels video planned in the near-ish future, if you want a chance to be a part of it join the discord : discord.gg/Dw6KbFy Like, Subscribe and leave a comment if you liked the video (it helps me out)
I wish there was a way to make it less hard to make. The concept is so good, to see the different skill levels broken down. What would be also interesting would be to have a specific situation played differently. Like defending an A push from a specific situation on certain map, or taking apps on any map. Then it would be verry obvious the different lvls and thought processes that comes in to doing a certain thing.
Pls make a video 4 lvl of teamwork i have a team but Can't play actual teamwork including me 3 of us so much dependent on calls though we 2 star player one is aimer and another igl and have proper gamesense we stucked in silver for a year
The second he went up, he should of died but he didnt because he thought the guy who had bomb was going to peek with him and thus make it a 2 v 1... The real problem with this stuff is to process all of these things like they explain instantly and then even then you just have to assume rules that could very well not be true. But its the most logical so you have to believe its true.....
Yeah, though some of his explanations were still quite useful I found the selection of this clip close to being some kind of humble brag. If you show rounds where you hit insane shots it is rather easy to explain your own reasoning behind that - in the end I didn't find it all too well played by him.
The quality of these videos has _massively_ improved compared to before when it was just you podcasting over some CS:GO noclipping in a map. Love these videos!
is anyone else amazed at how simple yet complicated CS GO is? like there are so many different scenario's that you need to know how to handle ... it's infinite really - which is why i love this game
@@xChillOutHDx matchmaking is shit mate, was stuck at silver elite master for 1.8k hours, started queueing with people and got out of nova, and then i instantly shot up the ranks. silver's can be so stupid that they are unpredictable so playing around them is tricky. they could be out in the open instead of holding an angle so you aren't prefiring them, not on purpose but because that's what they think is right. it really is unfortunate.
If you're in silver you just need to have good crosshair placement and outposition your opponents. Don't worry about high level plays. Just isolate duels and set yourself up for multikills and you'll win every game before mg.
I've a harder time to play against lower and mid skilled player because they do unexpected crap. The best thing you can do isn't outsmarting them but plain take the aimduels. Don't think so much.
@@obi-wankenobi8237 @mefer swift @RaimaNd absolutely you´re right, i know but there is still my potatoPC with 20-40 FPS, frameskips and my incredible mouse that does not react to fast movement there are a lot of low level players with pretty good aim, just no spraycontrol and weird and unpredictable movement after some mid level games (MG-LE) and i get used to it, i have way more fun and an easier time with my crosshair placement and predictions
Yeah mate im faceit 7 and ive played with some silvers, they dont think like a logical person so fuck game sense all you need is crosshair placement and ok aim to beat silvers, you will die to some stupid shit like pushes and angles that make no sense but as long as you have your aim in roughly the right place youll destroy them

a lot of times you will see people stay away from MM because of matchmaking anxiety too, same with faceit, they'll just stay away from platforms and just play retakes or something all day. And it works, they play really smart
Hey man awesome videos! Genius explanation and examples. There's not many other channels like this. I don't really play CS anymore but this is honestly hella universal. Subscribed!
I love the effort and graphics put into this video versus some of the old stuff. The map that has growing "uncertaincy zones" would be a great tool to use for demo reviews or even on practice with a modded server. So people are more aware of how fast rotations can be or what a jiggled angle gives you for safety time. Maybe a broadcast tool?
I am also level 7, that was a ~1700-1800 elo game (on inferno). But yeah I do agree that level 7 is better than global but the way the level 7 played it isn’t very level 7-like
@@theodorbrekkeberthelsen6919 I agree In my eyes Lvl 5 is SMFC or GE. Level 6 are often better GE or better Globals. Meanwhile Ge to Level 10 is huge difference imp. I guess voo simply dosen´t play so much MM so he dosen´t know it better. Or its different in NA.
Great work, I would have killed for this content when I was trying to start playing competitively 15+ years ago! Happy to see there is all kinds of amazing content for anyone getting into serious play these days, it definitely helps drastically improve your skills quickly when you can shortcut a year or two of scrims and open/main league matches to learn these lessons with video examples.
I'm lucky cause we have voo CSGO and the PRO Jerry Thanks for all of you and the others who helped you for hardworks for teaching us and editing the video
Never thought about trusting your teammate in mm man... Just realized that staying at the site and trusting them is the right play to do, even if they fail to hold the site. Thanks a lot Voo.
In most maps, especially Anubis, controlling the mid lane/route is super essential so as not to be flanked when defending critical positions (bomb sites). Players can just semi burst enemy positions even without killing them immediately. The idea is that they will detour to other routes whereas they have to do a frontal assault on a well positioned allies. It is up to your teams skills now if they can hold their line.
I'm at the level rn where I completely understand what the pro is doing I just wouldn't be able to execute it so perfectly and instantly know what to do after something changes.
Some of it is because we don't have the same skills (mechanics wise), sometimes when I do replicate their plays, I end up messing the spray or something.
I feel ya. Once ya dont have to think about movement/aim and just the plays that you've been in 100s of times, it gets easier to adjust when things get weird/abnormal
It's so funny that this guide is for cs yet every single valorant player should watch this video. The part about holding bomb when it isn't a viable option and trying to trade when you are out of that trade window applies so heavily to all ranks in valorant.
Thank you voo for making this vid and thank you jerry for explaining you gameplay jerry at the end:watch the video till the end *after 1 sec video ends*
Thanks Voo, CS beginner here. Your explanation around 7:00 about the area the enemy can cover as a position is held, is super useful, I never really thought of that.
It also works the opposite way. If you are in clutch situation as T and the remaning CTs are spread out, it is better to just go silent. Overtime, the info CTs have about your position fades out, therefore they have more position to worry about.
Also different levels of "team mates" As you move up in ranks you play more and more with people you learn to play with. i would bet the silver games you see here most players are solo queing and dont even "want" to play teamplay. they play for frags f.ex. This also happens alot in higher ranks. F.ex one guy wants to lurk everyround, one wants to call strats but no one listens. when you play with a team or with people you get to know better and better as players you will start to play more "spawn" based strats. F.ex peeking mid Mirage as a T or CT with the badest spawn for it.. Better to either drop awp to closest player OR make him go short or con instead. And you dont often see a pro game where the team just rush in with full nade sets and aks. they wait until 20-30 seconds before even peeking into other side of map. Its a really good educational video for new players and i dig that someone touches this subject instead of telling new players to just practise nades or aim etc.
