I agree with G. When cle paid him the most guaranteed money in nfl history and traded away 3 first round draft picks. Wins and great individual play were expected. He was suppose to be a upgrade from baker, but baker has been better in all passing stats and metrics and baker has won more playoff games since the move too. 40% through his contract already. No playoff wins. Since coming to cleveland he is only completing 59% of throws and only averages 185 yards per game. Wins are a team stat but just to be clear 7-4 with zero playoff wins is nothing.

This season will be the defining moment in this edition of our Browns, with the schedule the NFL has thrown at us we're gonna have to really , really play well week after week, plus stay healthy, if we have the injuries we had last season in the coming season we will have a tougher road to make the playoffs, our window is slowly closing, a retool or rebuild is looming! as they say, N.F.L. stands for "Not For Long"
A is right on the numbers with this one. This stats or wins question is irrelevant. Both can happen and will be happening if the Browns are winning. Earl needs to stop with this question.
Winning is definitely a QB stat but so should starting availability. Hey if i cant show up to my work no matter how good i might be at it, my value drops if i cant get in.
For D4, stats don't matter 'cause he's proved he can do that, unlike BM6 & jimmyG who can't do it. If Field Generaling works, D4 gets the win.

Bare minimum for DW4 stats: 4,000+ yards passing+rushing 30+TDS passing+rushing and less than 10 INTS?. Everyone will breathe a sigh of relief, had he had 14TDS - 5 INT in those 6 games last year? People would’ve been chilling.

And quit lying and caping up for Baker u bakerbro, he had 28TDS last year - his best season after being on his 3rd team in 1 calendar year. Good for him but the browns weren’t in a position to give him the bag with his inconsistent self, go root for the Bucs, it’d do ur heart well.
@@samfisher170 don't forget to add in baker rushing tds. And don't forget he also threw 6 more tds in the playoffs this year too so we are talking like 35 meaningful tds he had this past year. Besides that baker lead deshaun in every per game passing stat since the trade. Mayfield is clearly the better qb right now. Ranked higher on every qb list to come out so far
