I asked a question on the previous video regarding you wanting to sell the site. I wanted to ask why would you sell the site when you are profiting from it?
You can get a 30-40x monthly revenue multiple. It takes risk of the table of the site getting crushed in an update and gives me a lot of cash to play with now.
@@jamesybeattie how big is the site you are selling? Do you think some sites are mor eor less safe from updates past a certain size? Like I don't ever zee the New York Times dying
@@lamborghinicentenario2497 maybe a really big size with a lot of authority, but I’d say you talking in multiple millions to have some sort of moat. Although I have even seen sites with 1M monthlies get chopped by 80% in these updates

For some unknown reason goofle banned me later for invalid click activity. Now i just built a new site where i am connecting buyers and sellers to buy , sell and flip domains , blogs, websites , apps that are already established. I also have blogs and tutorials on my new site. Could I apply for Ezoic with new site and new domain if i was banned by adsense ?
