Miyo’s English dub, along with Kiyoka and the housekeeper’s is high quality. Their nuanced acting and dialogue, captures perfectly the tone, inflection, emotional content, of the Japanese dub.

I REALLY WANT SEASON 2!! 12 Episodes is too short! This series is incredible and awesome animation, art, music and colors - the voice acting is pretty good in English as well - and the Action Scenes are fantastic - the Duel at the later episodes was pretty breathtaking!
When is S2 coming?
I loved this anime! One of my fav I wish there were more than 12 episodes.
Hope Netflix also gets the live action version of My Happy Marriage. Would love to see it!

Kiyoka made me so mad at first. I want to know more about his backstory. Why he was so cold.
He's a Militar trained to not to trust at first sight. He'd already had 3 candidates (just like Miyo) living there 1 by 1 and they left. It may seem like they were spoiled girls going after his Money, High Social Position and looks. They were too shallow to match his personality and Kiyoka thought that this 4th girl would also try to cause some damage. He was acting out of prejudice. Even his Mother would prefer to act as a "social butterfly" than being a real Mother to his elder sister and him (he tells this to Miyo). Yurie was their substitute Mother.
He got burned by other girls who tried to use him for his wealth. Miyo got burned by her family, who abused her non-stop.😞💔
