@@Sickdrummermagazine My top five would probably be Elliot, Patrice Hamelin from Martyr, Beneath the Massacre, Cephalic and a million more, Lille from Defeated Sanity, Mike Heller from Malignancy, and John Merryman from Cephalic. All masters of the craft and major innovators \m/
@@METALLiCMETALLEr I finally got to see them live a couple weeks ago, and wow is all I have to say. Absolutely one of the best live performances I’ve ever witnessed. If you get a chance to see them, do NOT miss it.
His understanding and interpreting subdivisions is inspiring. His playing doesn't make me wanna quit drums. It shows me there's hundreds of possibilities to explore and keeps me going. Pozdro666
I’ve found a lot a new bands to listen to on this channel. Now I have another one. One of my favorite things is finding new bands that I enjoy listening to. Thanks for sharing!!
I remember seeing them for the first time before animals as leaders. We thought they were there to set up the stage but totally destroyed the crowd. I love them so much.
I seen Car Bomb not long after they released Centralia and ill alwaya remember they had these two panels of led lights, one each flanking the drums. And they were ridiculously bright and def messed with your visual stability lol but they were controlled by Eliot with triggers. Would love to see these guys again.
So funny and weird seeing them play to such a huge crowd during a huge festival meanwhile i saw them in a glorified bar that calls itself a 'music hall' in Columbus, Ohio this March. I love bands that can score huge venues but ain't afraid to play a dingy show cause those are always the most fun lol
When sickdrummer first started posting Cor Bamb vids 864 years ago, dumb dumbs would say The Hoff wasn't a good drummer. It's good to know that people seem to be less dumb now
I just realised most of the people I send the link of this react like my parents when an unstandably horrrrrrrible nightmarish wild band came out, called "the Beatles". Also when I discovered these guys they played infront of 0 to 7 people and people where like "noone will ever want to hear crap like this". Well, looks like the audience has grown a tiny tiny little bit, actually not even worth mentioning ... and again the lesson is: Believe in what you compose, when you love it, no matter what anyone says or in case noone listen to it ... - ... Not yet.
Considering how they trudged through all hell to get where they are now, it genuinely makes me happy seeing them playing big concerts like that.
Elliot is one of the best drummers, ever. His creativity has breathed new and exciting life into extreme music!
Absolutely on all-time favorite.

Just started listening to them a lot recently, and feel the exact same bro.
Drum machines: take notes
How many odd times do you want?
Elliot: Yes
From the Why You Do This doc to this show. What a crazy trip life is. Congrats!
That snare sounds amazing \m/

Thank you!
Car Bomb sounds sick in my car. Amazing production
fucking love the dude nearby behind the camera who shouted 'GO!' during nonagon. i need that energy.
🤣 5:00 when Greg enters the pic it looks like he is spitting gallons of water in the audience
A BEAST of a drummer and a criminally underrated one.
Absolutely mind-blowing!!
I freakin love this drumming. Elliot is a beast. Interesting drumset also.
car bomb should have been bigger than they are, underrated.
I love the band but it is a hard listen.
@@lastditch727 same here. I enjoy Car Bomb but I have to be in a particular mood to put it on
@@lastditch727 yeah I mostly listen to them lately but it is very hard and requires a lot of attention
These guys Car Bomb write Alien music 👽i love it.
The stank face when listening to those rhythm changes.
Nasty.
hellboy can play drums yes sir !
Holy shit, what a monstrous dude!
Loving the hihat to the right of the second kick pedal setup, too!
my god!!!!! that set up is so INSAAAAAAAAAAAAAANE, his performance too but, WHAT A SET UP! that hihat position lmao
How I haven't listened to this band baffles me. This man's drumming is what I've been striving for.
Happy to help :) Look up his UA-cam Channel, as well as his Facebook/IG. Tons of amazing stuff. One of the best drummers ever.

The most original drumming in the genre. He’s a breath of fresh air to listen to. His Vinnie Colaiuta influence is so very blatant

fuck, glad to see a guy using the high hat between bass drum pedals like me!
I remember seeing them for the first time before animals as leaders. We thought they were there to set up the stage but totally destroyed the crowd. I love them so much.
I keep coming back to this vid; sick playing!🤤
Mind bending
One of the best guys doing it in metal today; beautiful playing as always 🦾🦾
I hope some unaware people in the crowd had their minds completely blown!
The beast at work🔥🔥🤟
So sick!
unreal
Thanks for the video man! It's my dream all my life to be in your shoes. So sick.
lol this is Tomas Haake Brother? awesome drumming 😍
👊
Amazing!
Great groove, heavy af
Sick AF
NICE
Amazing for sure. Sonically, it feels to me like if MESHUGGAH kept going in the direction of “Nothing”, but for like 10more years. I’m

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
dangggg boi.
technique is spot on, so relaxed but so powerful.
bass too, they're so locked in.
Mans really feeling himself
Well got damn
What? I always ignored this band (don’t know wny). But I should check it out, since this sounds sick, and this drummer sound cool aswell.

🤯🤯🤯
S*** is pretty sick. To me his drumming sounds like a mixture of Danny Carey and Tomas haake.
Meshuggah took them on tour. Tomas and Elliot are friends.
Meshuggahs slightly jazzier American cousins
I'm starting to notice that more videos can't be watched in HD without UA-cam Premium. Can UA-cam get any lamer.
Man I'm absolutely fine with trigger, but I'm surprised he's using them just because he is hitting those kick drums so hard lmao
Unfortunatelly the vocalist couldn't be there 😔
This is F madness lol
is his drums are shaking alot im gussding that thing hod isnt holding it too good dont have bracers for that thing
He taped his iPhone to a stand. The audio is from a FOH source that was edited in later.
He uses a set up like Matt Garska does now
Elliot has been using double bass drum kits for some time now, based off of older videos.

the crowd headbanging helplessly out of sync :) I mean you want to headbang to this, but HOW
Sounds weird
pointless play. nothing stays in your head. I respect that it's difficult and complicated, but no clue to all this... I'm going to listen to slayer
expand your head
"I'm going to listen to Slayer"... Said no decent musician ever🤣
