      @@vanl7178 for preview period. No one know the price until they are in the queue. I explained this in another video that will release end of Jan.

    Why developers let property agent buy first in bulk purchase phase? Does it help with their marketing because it influences agents to be more pro for their development? Isn't there potential conflict of interest for agents dealing in that development - either they over-promote it, or they get the better units instead of passing to their clients?
