Tuscan leather is one of the most beautiful fragrances I’ve ever smelled. On me, it’s deep and sensual. On my husband, it’s warm and comforting and just smells like him, not him wearing a perfume. Venetian Bergamot is my go to. It’s not an audacious, bright, sweet, and bubbly citrus and floral, it’s more of a warm rich citrus and floral that is grounding and soothing. And Jasmin Rouge is my first love though. I live around a lot of night blooming Jasmine and it captures the whole feel perfectly, even the time of the year when it starts to bloom. Hot humid nights, no air movement, ginger is starting to bloom, Spanish moss is dripping off the oak trees, and I’m just sitting on my porch sipping a chilled whisky. It’s a warm, spicy, intimate scent that sits close to my body and is absolute perfection. Just wish it lasted longer!

Sprayed it on for the first time 20 minutes ago and it is florals and a very light leather. But I am still happy I got the 100ml. Blind buying a fragrances makes me so happy. It is like opening a Christmas present 🎁.
Beau De Jour is a barbershop scent. I don't know about 70+ but it's definitely for a more mature man, 30+. If you like barbershop fougeres you would like it. I think it's ok. It's something I have to be in the mood to wear.
Grey vetiver is 8/10 for me. Another seductive vetiver fragrance is dior's eau sauvage parfum (2017) and of course Hermes's masterpiece Terrae D'Hermes. I Agree for black orchid.
I am 26 and beau de jour is one of my signatures, it is more modern smelling than traditiobal barbershop scents which makes it wearable by anyone. My girlfriend loves it aswell 😍

The biggest rebel in TF line is Oud Minerale (to me). It is pungent and polarizing. It can be compared to Depeche Mode for its darkness (80s, 90s) and you either love it or dont get it. The second best fragrance is Tuscan Leather followed by Oud Wood and Tobacco Oud. Tobacco Vanille is less versatile (suits older crowd). I also appreciate Vert des Bois and of course Grey Vetiver is one of the best office scents out there. I sometimes reach for Italian Cypress but I must have a mood for that green sweet woody 80s vibe.

I think it's the sweetness and the kind of tobacco that makes it so that some noses focuses more on the sweetness of it than on the tobacco 😊 But that's just the way our noses behave (differently).. Some people pick up on some notes more than others, etc. 😊 Lovely scent regardless! 🤩👌
I buy Beu De Jour ... OMG WOW this is Aromatic Real Man perfume , Amazing Projection close to my TV , i also have Zino , Egoiste platinum, Encre Noir and Hermes Vetiver , TF Beau De jour is by far the best quality of them all and projects like Monster .

Those are two very different scents.. BO is a truly unique fragrance with a lot of different notes and it’s not really sweet (at least to my nose) while noir extreme is warmer, deeper and sweeter. Noir extreme is also more mass appealing and (for most people) easier to wear. I love both and would get both if I didnt already own them. If you eant something warm and sweet go for noir extreme, most love that one 😊

I was in a TF store yesterday and sprayed some on my wrist and now LOVE it. Can't wait to get my bottle from Fragrancebuy. (good price $197 CAN)

I bought Oud Minerale but I have to use a very small amount and layer it with something else to tone it down. I want to buy Ebene Fume ( the new woodsy scent that has palo santo in it. Black Orchid makes for an amazing unisex fragrance for a couple to both wear for a night out on the town! Very sexy fragrance with depth.

Most people love it! It's not as "polarizing" now as it was a few years ago.. A lot of people still react to it though and slowly start loving it the more they get a whiff of it. It's definitely a "make a statement" scent though as it REALLY has a unique, strong and bold kind of personality.
Mmmm... I think the scent of leather is (like many other scents) gender free.. The note of leather can smell incredibly attractive on a woman! And yeah.. I LOVE Ombre Leather.. A masterpiece for sure 🤩🙌

Velvet is like the smoother, almost creamier version of Black Orchid. The well-behaved version 😉 Black orchid is a lot richer, deeper, more attention grabbing in that amazing mix of something very attractive and elegant. I like both a lot and rarely hear anyone mention Velvet, so it might be a more exclusive wearing experience. Black Orchids epic mix of notes, how multifacetted it is and how it just smells so good in that attention grabbing way is just better though. I vote black orchid but both are 👌 Try first though. Some love it straight away, some fall in love on the 2nd sniff, but some just don't like it 😊

Black Orchid has a certain elegance to it, Ombré Leather is just a 💣 from the first spray and leaves a scent trail a mile long. I just love how they develop as they dry down. I just smelled musk therapy and it’s damn good. What is better, that or white suede? I’m guessing guessing they are in the same ballpark and u may like therapy better based on your rating here???
White Suede sometimes gets a bit of hate but I think it's a cool scent and it's a wicked scent to use for layering. With that said, I would choose Musk Therapy over White Suede if I had to choose between the two. I do think they are a bit different (scentwise) though 😊

@@rottenrebels holding it in my hand, cafe rose is a night out fragrance for women only. It is a bit darker (typical for TF) mix of florals and some kind of patchouli/incense? There are better perfumes out there ;)

Oh my… almost like comparing apples to oranges 😉 Musc ravageur is much warmer, muskier and spicier than black orchid.. love them both.. But I personally would most likely first add musc ravageur first, then add black orchid. But both are ORIGINALS that are unique and attention grabbing ones 🙌😊
Yes but not all people are fragheads and Neroli Portofino does smells to them like a window cleaner. I heard that comment several times when I wore it. If the musk note kicked in earlier it would have been a different story but it only appears in the drydown. Oud Wood is my favourite from the house, Grey Vetiver close second and Tobacco Vanille third. White Suede is beautiful too.
It's usually the neroli that people react to. And yes, a lot of people do react in that way with citrus / citrus + neroli heavy fragrances. I myself also have a few that I just dislike, but to me NP is balanced up by other notes. 😊 Tobacco Vanille is just a fab one, gotta be in the mood for it though as it's so unique and in your face 🙃
Great list of Tom ford fragrances. I just wanted to mention a few others that i also very much love and encourage people to try if they have not already. Amber absolute, Cafe rose, Noir Anthracite, Azure lime, Lost cherry, soleil blanc, Vert D encens, costa Azzura and the original tom ford for men.

Black Orchid Parfum is a great scent! I did not have a full bottle of it, nor a sample - at the time when we recorded this video. Thus its not in it 😊

@@Erin-or4hw I ordered a bottle during the sephora sale on now, just got it yesterday and it's in a clear bottle (like how they used to sell it) not in the black packaging that it's advertised in. It's a favourite amongst a few beauty youtubers that I watch but ya oddly enough I don't hear the fragheads talk about it much.

They also responded and said they have not stopped manufacturing it.
Good video, I just love Black Orchid, it has crazy sillage and projection. I'm just unsure how mass apealing it is. In my eyes or nose haha, it's a scent that everyone should like but I've heared different... How have the reaction been when you as a guy wore it?
Most people love it! It's not as "polarizing" now as it was a few years ago.. A lot of people still react to it though and slowly start loving it the more they get a whiff of it.
It's definitely a "make a statement" scent though as it REALLY has a unique, strong and bold kind of personality.

Mmmm... I think the scent of leather is (like many other scents) gender free.. The note of leather can smell incredibly attractive on a woman! And yeah.. I LOVE Ombre Leather.. A masterpiece for sure 🤩🙌

I have yet to purchase a TF fragrance I wanted to try velvet orchid or black orchid. I tried velvet and I didn't like it first sniff. The second time around I sniffed it and I did like it.

Velvet is like the smoother, almost creamier version of Black Orchid. The well-behaved version 😉
Black orchid is a lot richer, deeper, more attention grabbing in that amazing mix of something very attractive and elegant.
I like both a lot and rarely hear anyone mention Velvet, so it might be a more exclusive wearing experience.
Black Orchids epic mix of notes, how multifacetted it is and how it just smells so good in that attention grabbing way is just better though.
I vote black orchid but both are 👌 Try first though. Some love it straight away, some fall in love on the 2nd sniff, but some just don't like it 😊

I have just ordered TF ombré leather and black orchid so thankyou for your review RR, in addition I also have le male elixir (amazing) in my collection following your review. Your reviews are always good to view and you are seriously the no.1 fragrance reviewer, great descriptions and I almost smell the fragrance as you review them.

@@rottenrebels Good afternoon. They are sophisticated and sexy fragrances, masterfully put together. Black Orchid has a certain elegance to it, Ombré Leather is just a 💣 from the first spray and leaves a scent trail a mile long. I just love how they develop as they dry down. Both in the 10/10 club for me.
Bought my son black orchid black bottle while on vacation . I sprayed some on when we went out to dinner that night . 2 days later I went and bought me some. Fell in love with it

I just smelled musk therapy and it’s damn good. What is better, that or white suede? I’m guessing guessing they are in the same ballpark and u may like therapy better based on your rating here???
White Suede sometimes gets a bit of hate but I think it's a cool scent and it's a wicked scent to use for layering. With that said, I would choose Musk Therapy over White Suede if I had to choose between the two. I do think they are a bit different (scentwise) though 😊
Tuscan leather my signature scent also love tobacco oud and tobacco vanille. Black orchid and oud wood are my love too but not on my priority list.🥰

@@rottenrebels holding it in my hand, cafe rose is a night out fragrance for women only. It is a bit darker (typical for TF) mix of florals and some kind of patchouli/incense? There are better perfumes out there ;)
I really don't get compliments but Beau de Jour has been my most complimented, that and Coromandel.

I’m with Sandra, on Beau De Jour. I’m not a fan of that one, at all. I don’t mind vintage smells, but it smells dull, and dated as well. I own Ombré Leather, Noir Extreme, and Black Orchid Parfum. 🔥🔥🔥

Beau de Jour is a 10/10 in its category and you don't have to be 70 year-old to pull it off. This comment was simply shocking coming from you guys. I'm 36 and rocking the hell out of this fragrance while wearing my 3 piece suit at work. Lots of compliments received... Great and very entertaining video regardless.

Oh my… almost like comparing apples to oranges 😉 Musc ravageur is much warmer, muskier and spicier than black orchid.. love them both.. But I personally would most likely first add musc ravageur first, then add black orchid. But both are ORIGINALS that are unique and attention grabbing ones 🙌😊

I agree with you on Vetiver! It’s ok in small doses but it usually sticks around longer than all the other notes and gets annoying.

Yes but not all people are fragheads and Neroli Portofino does smells to them like a window cleaner. I heard that comment several times when I wore it. If the musk note kicked in earlier it would have been a different story but it only appears in the drydown. Oud Wood is my favourite from the house, Grey Vetiver close second and Tobacco Vanille third. White Suede is beautiful too.
It's usually the neroli that people react to. And yes, a lot of people do react in that way with citrus / citrus + neroli heavy fragrances. I myself also have a few that I just dislike, but to me NP is balanced up by other notes. 😊 Tobacco Vanille is just a fab one, gotta be in the mood for it though as it's so unique and in your face 🙃
Great list of Tom ford fragrances. I just wanted to mention a few others that i also very much love and encourage people to try if they have not already.
Amber absolute, Cafe rose, Noir Anthracite, Azure lime, Lost cherry, soleil blanc, Vert D encens, costa Azzura and the original tom ford for men.
