      Prioritizing effective personal finance management holds greater significance than the sheer amount saved, irrespective of income source. Consulting a certified financial advisor can offer tailored strategies to optimize financial results by reducing expenses and enhancing income, regardless of whether it's earned through employment or investments.

      i agree with the comment above. I feel fortunate to have been introduced to money management at a young age. I started working full-time at 19 and bought my first home at 28. Fast forward to today, I'm 61 and although I was laid off in March 2020 during the lockdown, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I sought the advice of a financial planner to stay financially stable and made some savvy investments, which have brought me within 15% of reaching my goal of $1 million in wealth.

    I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Charlotte Miller.

    • @clearviewproducts
      @clearviewproducts Місяць тому

      @@petelipson3769 Well no, Don't be so simple. The objective is cashflows and productivity. Debt paydown can be used, but really isn't the best tool. I have read the books. If you've played his game, read his books, and listened to his content you would know that debt paydown isn't the goal. The govy does however have a strategy for increased tax income. He is trying to exploit an assumption that the government is taking on risk and won't be able to raise tax revenues enough. He does not do a good job quantifying or qualifying why that won't play out.

    "Who's this Fed guy?" Seriously...The "Rich Dad" doesn't have Jerome Powell's name committed to memory? He has no credibility in my mind.
    They have not "printed $1 trillion in 90 days." I assume he is referring to the deficit spending and in-turn the sale of Treasury bonds to finance the deficit.
    "Printing" the money would mean the Federal Reserve was expanding the money supply (M2) to buy those bonds (quantitative easing). But, they are not. Although they continue to buy bonds, [on net] the SOMA holdings are being reduced $25 billion/month.That reduction was decreased in June. Before that, the account was being reduced $60 billion/month.
    Between June 2022 and May 2024, the size of the System Open Market Account (SOMA), which contains the securities held by the Fed, declined by $1.6 trillion, AKA quantitative tightening.
    So, the Fed is presently destroying money, not "printing" it.
    And in reality, Robert is no different the than the US government, levered to the hilt.
