- I bought a cheap Kouros on eBay for £45. After filming I can confirm the scent smells as expected - so chuffed!
I put a light again the bottle, it's about 48ml/50ml. So happy to have this in my collection!
According to this blog, I believe my bottle is considered a late PPR-GUCCI typical bottle from 2010:
raidersofthelos...
Happy for any Kouros expert to chime in if they believe this to be a fake bottle.

I bought a newer formulation off EBAY and it smells kinda soapy and not the beast as described by reviews. The batch code didn’t validate on check fresh. How can I find out? I’ve never smelled it before to compare.
ah i'm sorry to hear that. If the batch code doesn't show up on check fresh, or if it doesn't smell as expected, I'd be worried if it was a fake bottle perhaps? I know Kouros is one that is faked often.

Checkfresh is useless. The bottle is mid-2000s. Google Raiders of the Lost Scent Kouros. They have everything you might want to know.
Mid 2000 bottles were part of the Gucci era. It had gone through a number of reformulations by that point.
