This is a song about a woman that is ANGRY because she has been lied to by the man she loved. Title is “He lied to me”. Her heart is shredded and it comes out loud and clear. Amanda was the type of singer that emotes her songs from the depths of her soul.
Amanda and his late husband Diego were a huge success here in Mexico in the 80's, both came from Argentina and make it big here and then make it in the rest of the continent and even in their own country. That song is about a time when Diego cheat on her, Amanda and Diego are the composers of El me mintió (He lied to me)

She is one of my favorite singers of all time. She is a Pop-rock singer. Amanda also sang Pop, Ballads, and Ranchera. She is a singer, song-writer, and pianist. She was born in Argentina, but made her career in Mexico. She became a Mexican citizen and currently lives in Los Angeles. Her late husband, singerDiego Verdaguer, died recently. He wrote songs for her and did duets with her. She was very popular in the 1980's. She has had a long career, still sings.

Amanda Miguel is Argentinian born, and adopted the Mexican Citizenship after moving to Mexico with her late husband (who was also a singer and already known). They got married and both took the Mexican Citizenship. Three days ago I saw her in concert and she said to the audience that after she left Argentina, she never went back to give concerts there. She said that even Argentinians think she is Mexican born. But she also told the audience that she is both very proud to be Argentinian and Mexican too. She said, “Mexico gave me Everything”!

I feel sorry for new generations that won’t get to know what great performance and a real artist is. It's amazing how often you are spot on in terms of the emotions being expressed in a song even though you don't speak the language and purely based on their performance. She is enraged, hurt, and betrayed that she now knows the man who claimed to love her simply lied.
You are totally right. The song is about a man that lied to her, that all the things he did were lies and she was just one more in his line of affairs. She asks God the all mighty and kind God to erase every single touch from her skin. It’s a song of betrayal. Everything g about that man was a lie, he told her he loved her but they were all lies.
