Really feels like we’re in a golden age of mouse development.
very far from it :)
for razer anyways…
This mouse is S-Tier. My new main.
What is your hand size and grip style?
@@vanwishon 18x10 fingertip and claw
@@justinsanex ty for your seponse i have a 17x8 hands, do you think whould be good for palm grip?
when i first saw "deathadder v3 hyperspeed" i completely wrote it off. I thought it was just gonna be a cheaper dav3 with a battery with bad sensor placement. So i had zero hype for this to release.
then when i finally saw it was basically a dav3 mini, i bought one instantly, the dav3 pro was a bit too big for me. This one is literally perfect for me. definitely my main for a while. still a headscratcher why they didnt just call it a dav3 mini
Nothing Razer does makes sense haha. The whole world is still waiting for the Viper Mini Pro
How big are your hands?
@@vanwishon 17,5 x 9cm. Medium hand. Just fat 😭
Great review !
I was between the DA V3 Hyperspeed and the Pulsar Xlite V3 Mini, I decided to get the DA, my hands are small (17cm / 9cm), recently bought a Pulsar X2H Mini, but I will return it as has a lot of pre-travel and feels like double clicking.
One simple thing that I do not know why is not common anymore and the DA V3 H has is the space for store the dongle, which is great IMO and I do not know why is not implemented anymore, for example Pulsar mice, with the open space at the back, could just implement a dongle storage slot.
Another thing related to mice dongles is that many new mice come with only with big dongles which is unpractical.
And how does the mouse feels in your hand?, you can palm grip well? Im wondering because i have almost the same hand size
@@vanwishon It's my first ergo mouse, it feels great, I think it is perfect to palm grip (according to my hand size), not too small, not too big.
Razer is king, Logitech boys hide in the hole your company is failing you.
Razer only makes good mice, and only recently. Every other item they sell is actually garbage.
@@RandomCounciltell that to my 4 hear old viper mini
I hope Logitech will bring their asses back to the game.

Got this mouse last week to replace my dav3 wired. Love this mouse. My main until v4! Great vid BT!
You been enjoying palm grip since switching? Any reason why? Just getting older?
damn did him dirty
@@AaronZhang-co7ne haha nah legitimate question because I am old
Damn the mouse, where'd you get that Yuta wallpaper?
Viper V3 Pro Hyperspeed Mini cope train 🚂
7:35 how can these features not be in the Pro!!
Razer dropped back to back bangers the best mice of 2024.. what is logitech doin
Oh shit they have rawaccel build in now? thats good
I want raw acell on my viper v2 pro D: I got a 3d printed mouse using some viper v2 internals and for me it's completely end game I couldn't see myself switching anytime soon
man what is that wallpaper on your monitor. the colors. And also what is that green pad you used 10:51 it looks so clean. I NEED
I still love my Viper Ultimate. However, I've been experiencing wrist pain after gaming. Is this mouse the way to go? I use claw grip and have 18.7 x 9.5cm hands.
If you have wrist pain, it’s most likely a tension issue rather than a mouse issue. Practice a slightly looser grip and take breaks when playing. It may take a while to go away, but be patient and don’t play if you have pain. Any pain you play through will continue to make it worse
@@jasoneng3161 thanks for the advice!
Hold the mouse like an egg. Fragile. Try not gripping so hard. Stretch that wrist. If the pain continues. See a medical professional and try swapping for an ergo mouse like this one :)
Sora v2
@@shiion6711 Sora V2 is also very good, or the atlantis Mini
Should I buy this or pulsar xlite v3 mini?
this
pick that only if u really hate razer software
Pulsar Xlite V3 Mini is really small. A great mouse. But small. I own both of these. This is a great middle man. That's smaller but not super small. :)
i don't hate that sensor placement
Im here only for the teview if the shape as i want an aj179A for its better components
what about v3 hyperspeed and not deathadder. can anyone share their views ?
Viper v3x hyperspeed next 😂
Im happy that they made a smaller version of the pro and made it cheaper!!!!
I am going from a g900.. Is this a good replacement? How does it feel in comparison?
Bad: The hump on the back presses against my thumb muscle and feels uncomfortable when using palm grip. With claw grip it's a lot more comfortable except for the ledge where my pinky finger rests. It is very noticable and really bothers me.
Good: best buttons ever. Especially the XL side buttons. So crisp. So comfy!
Overall: I think it's a very good mouse, especially since it's probably a lot cheaper than the Viper V3 Pro in most countries...
ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ
Loving the warm color background. Amazing video as always! Have you ever thought about collaborating and making your special bt mouse?
143
This DOESN'T help me unless Razer decides to make a left handed version of this mouse which I STILL wait for. C'mon Razer.
Do these Synaps features only work with the hyper speed? I have an old DA V3 and can´t find the settings for rotation etc.
WHY DA FUK ARE MOUSES 150$ In Canada they're 200$ like bruh tf thats a whole days work lol
QUESTION: Have you by chance tried the Logitec MX Anywhere 3s or Logitech MX Master 3S? Different use case, but wondering specifically how quiet/loud/smooth the clicks are on either of those compared to this? Thanks for the vid!
I haven't but that might make for a great video thanks for the idea :)
i really want this mouse so i can use it as my daily driver cos gaming on a mx master 3s works but not for long gaming sessions and fps which i am starting to get back into so i def wanna get this
This mouse-hight click latency.
Sorry for my bad english
moving sensor up is not a compromise, it is an optimal solution. people who don't like it are cIueIess casuals.
Does anyone know brandon hand size?
19x8.5cm
Is it a good upgrade from dav v3 wired? Or should i get viper v3
its a really good upgrade imo
@@BTaesthetics dav v3 hyper speed or v3 viper?
Would you recommend this if I am moving from a lamzu thorn?
You don’t like your thorn? Love mine
@@JonathonCollins-qm1np I do like it but I feel like I can't get a good grip.
This or Pulsar xlite v3 ? which is better in terms of build quality, clicks etc. Not comparing hand size now. Just wanna know which mouse is built better
For 19.5 by 10.5 very relaxed claw grip should i get the dav3 pro or hyperspeed?
thought I was watching MKBHD for like 5 minutes
I find it funny Razer two years ago was consider cheap over priced crap
they should make this thing in razer green 💚 or the viper at least. I'd immediately grab one
Feels like there slowly killing off there wireless charger already for there mouse
found my next mouse. Viper ultimate starting to only hold a charge for a couple days after 5+ years of use, so soon . I play at 800 dpi and 1080p and never plan to change either. So saving money to not have a polling rate I don't need is awesome.
I play on 800 dpi/ 1080p and also switched from a Viper Ultimate to the DAV3 Hyperspeed today. It's an amazing mouse and it feels amazing in my hand. You won't regret buying it.
After watching your video I’m purchasing this mice. I really love your explaination on how the dynamic sensitivity works too, most people just explain in it little detail and just say “it’s an interesting feature” but your clip of demonstrating it was a help. I can’t wait to use this, it’s gonna be replacing my viper ultimate since I’m more of a palm or relaxed claw gripper.
Thank you! Glad I could help you out with your purchase!
I've been running the Pulsar xlite v3 since the old DAV3 was a little too big, but this might just be a Pulsar killer especially at this price.
xlite v3 has been on sale recently and still is. In my area, it's around $80 on amazon brand new have seen some posts on reddit saying they're even cheaper in other regions.
SHIRT IS SO FIRE
Will there be a white ?
first
9.28 The hope a Zowie or Vaxee will last longer. 3x Viper Mini (9, 4 and 2 months), 1 Deathadder Mini (3 months), 1 Orochi v2 (4 months).
I just want a mouse that lasts more than a year, is it that hard? Luckily of the 17 mice that have lasted less than 9 months in the last three-four years, 11 or 12 have failed within refund window.
What is happening to your mice? Are you playing with a prosthesis and accidentally crushing them or something? I've had an Orochi v2 for like 2 years and it still works just fine. Same with my Viper mini. Or are you one of those people that hears a slight creak when you squeeze the mouse so you have to return it? I just don't understand how 85% of the mice you have bought have broken.
@@codexnecrogeddon I don't mind creaking. I do mind wheels that I turn one way and turn the opposite, or I need to give tforty full rundabouts for a single click to register, or double click, of does not register the clicks, or sensors that send movement signals when I'm not even touching the mouse or don't track properly.
Yup, hyperspeed no longer means what it used to. Heck, what did it even used to mean for that matter?
fire video as usual BT! Looking forward to seeing how ya fire it up in this next episode :D
Budget wireless?
This shape change is everything I wanted to try on a DA. Its been a while since I have been excited for a mouse.
Did you bought the mouse?
are the razer settings only for the new mouse ?
Yes it’s not in the viper v3 pro settings. They haven’t commented on whether it will come to other mice
@@BTaesthetics ty
can you use the 8k hz while its wired without the 8k dongle? Thanks
I don't know for certain buy my best guess is no since I don't think any of the mice that offer wireless high polling rate actually support it when plugged in (other than gwolves but the caviat is that you can't use the nice paracord cable it comes with you need to use the stiff rubber one meant for the dongle. If you want high polling wired you're options are basically DAV3 8k wired (great deal at $60) the OP18k (best performer and consumer friendly option) or the Hyper X Pulsefire Haste 2 Wired. So essentially you're choose between ergo, aggressive/relaxed claw/fingertip with a rear hump, or the above with a mid hump and larger/more universal
Which one is better for fingertip for 17*9.5 cm hand pulsar xlite v3 mini or razer deathadder hyperspeed?
Use elo shapes to compare better, I would go for the xlite because its cheaper and smaller which is nice for hand size, but razer arguably a better product, but i would look into symmetrical mice for fingertip, I switched a while back for fingertip and they are amazing
you are joking right?
@@riba2233 yeah thought this razer was like the usual 200+ dollars not as cheap
@@allan3129 not you, the op who wants to fingertip a palm mice Imao
@@riba2233 ahh that makes more sense, it confused me the ergo for Ftip, I've tried it but it feels so wrong
where's the 1 month+ battery life razer mouse? i'm still using the g303 wireless for like 5-6 hours+ a day and my battery lasts for like 5 weeks before recharging.
They should have named it like Deathadder beta or under development
😂😂😂
Hyperspeed is razer experimental tier
Still no proper viper mini successor from Razer, fck em.
(And no i dont consider the vmse as it coz thats too fking expensive)
only reason why i hesitate to get a razer mouse is having to download synapse, so many companies have started using a web based software, its just way better
I think with time all companies will go that route. But a few sit with software that ties to their other items.
Like cooler master and Logitech. Keebs, mics, etc. all run through their software.
I work in software, it's always a hassle for Dev to move the app current functions to Web base and it actually works before even launching it to public. Then setting time aside for when you launch it to public and something goes wrong somewhere. 😂
this is the only reason I don't want to buy another Razer product, their software sucks!!!
synapse is "okay" now honestly. its still a bloated piece of crap, but you can usually just set your settings then uninstall the software and it will stick.
@@jackl7566 This is true. :)
This is what HYPERSPEED should've been. No AA or AAA batteries. Its already 2024, its not that expensive to get a rechargeable USB-C gaming mouse
Im quite sad that they abandoned the removable battery of the hyperspeed line. I really dislike the idea of having a timer on the lifespan of my wireless mice
You can pop it open and replace it....
Dude, by the time you need a new battery, there will be many, many new mice out that outclass this mouse. You don't have to worry about that at all
The battery will easily last at the very minimum 3 years. By then you’ll be wanting a new mouse anyway.
@@mannyman139 yeah with AA batteries, he’s talking about built in batteries where you need knowledge to replace it and it surely isn’t too easy to find replacement batteries when razer doesn’t sells them
@@mikerzisu9508 not everyone wants to buy a new mouse every 2 years, stop assuming everyone is a sheep like you that always needs to buy the newest mouse that has no noticeable improvement, you’re just letting razer and any other brand milk your wallet
I paid for both the faker v3 pro and the hyperspeed. If you have man size hands, no need for the hyperspeed. the downgrade will be in the sensor. I also have SuperGlides + 8k dongle on v3 pro. I prefer the switches on the v3 pro, but to each their own.
What size are considered "man size hands"
My ever first comment?
Lame 😂😂😂
Thing is still too big and bulky
Such a disappointment :( smaller mouse and they got rid of the changeable battery. It is difficult to find decent size mice these days and now you have to plug it in when you run out of battery? You cannot just pop in another rechargeable battery and be good to go. Huge downgrade from V2 hyperspeed.
Yeah 1 h of charging every 2 weeks, the horrors. Grow up man
Another UA-cam that's saids the viper v3 pro is best. *yawn* sheep crowd
Baaaa baaa I’m a sheep then cause this shit is goated
welp it is but a solid contender is the wl beast mouse easily the best two mouse on the market
That's because it actually is goated. You must be a salty Logicrap fanboy, that junk was junk day one, don't hate that the king perfected the mouse and owns the game. Next
Fuck Pros! What to do people with big palms? Dav3 Pro has great size for my hand and could be even bigger for me.
