Could have ran the charge port behind the liscens plate. Get a flip down plate bracket from a old Cutlass, Monte or Nova. Run you wires up in the trunk lid. Eliminates having to get down on the ground to plug it in.
You should uses shielded rca's, they make a world of a difference with sq and reducing noise. Used it with my 4 channel at the time they were NOS Radio Shack gold series cables from the late 90's (true copper no aluminum mix, gold plated copper connectors). I threw my twisted cables away after that lol. No alternator noise, even though it was a new alternator and no static through thee mids/ high's with the volume all the way up, nothing playing. Especially when your throwing McIntosh goodies in it! ;)
