Seriously though, I’ve never met a brocade I didn’t like. And, although there’s always the risk you might be mistaken for somebody’s powder room, this pattern usually gets an automatic and enthusiastic YES from me.Plus, this fabric is extra fantastic because of the deadstock backstory it’s got woven in. 👀

I just love those pants! I would never have thought of pairing 2 patterns, I always think if I wear a pattern I have to pair it w/ solids to keep it from being too busy.
I also loved the top & shoes Ivy chose. I may be biased because green is one of my two favorite colors, but I also love that (to me) the green isn't too represented in the pants; so it's like the shirt & shoes speak for themselves and the pants speak for themselves but nothing is screaming over the other. Does that even make sense? lol Anyway, I can't wait to go reassess everything I own to see what I can pair together w/ this new info lol Thank you ladies for the gorgeous looks, you're both stunning!

Love the twinning ah maybe because Iam twin at 69 we look more alike then we did in our 30 to 50s! But we still sometimes go shopping and buy the same thing did that a lot when we worked together in London ontario for a dairy but lived separately for 16 years and show up to work in the same thing! Was fun we drove the staff crazy now we look so alike we even notice ! We drive people crazy as now in Sarnia ontario small hang out together since my husband passed and confused so many people been fun I blame it on the wrinkles are the same so no one can tell us apart now till we talk fun to watch people squirm a bit being older group as sight not the same so lots mix us up we never thought we'd be here whited haired old ladies !
