      Thanks, man! I'm having a lot of pain in my lower back... I don't know if it is because of the running, or because of the weight lifting, because I'm trying to do both (running 3 times a week, lifting 4 times a week). That's my main problem at the moment... If you have any tip to overcome this, It would be a great video idea!

    Thanks for the exercises. I sprained my ankle 2 months ago and have needed some exercise to get back into running form.

      Absolutely, if you are coming off a sprained ankle, make sure you don’t do too much. You can adjust the height of the boxes for step ups! Good luck and hope your back soon!

    Hey Chase. Can I do Hamstring Curls instead of RDLs?
    Because I always screw up my form during RDLs.
    My goal is to get stronger hamstrings for running.

      Absolutely, there are several other ways to train legs for running and especially hamstring. I plan on doing another one of these videos soon!
