Lily used to dance at a studio my studio saw a lot. She and her mom are the absolute sweetest!!! Lily had to dance her solo a day early and she went right before me (she was like 7 and I was 17) needless to say. Most stressful solo I ever did hahaha
Oh so satisfying I had to take the shots for about 6 years. After about a year I was able to do them myself. I’m also a dancer, and it didn’t effect my dancing. I’m 15 and 5’1 😂

Yes I have them everyday at night in my stomach at first it does take a while getting used to but Ive had it for about 4 years now so I am really used to it it only really hurts if a part blows (breaks) then it often hurts but if it doesn’t it’s fine
