Possible video topic: juggling multiple communications platforms (email, Microsoft Teams, text, phone, etc.) and not get overwhelmed. Great videos - thank you!
Great video with really helpful tips. I totally agree that we have gotten away with being ineffective in meetings in the past. Just like the pandemic exposed flaws in business models, hybrid will expose the gaps we have in interpersonal and leadership skills. For future videos, I would appreciate more tips on using asynchronous collab tools so we can reduce the number of meetings. Thanks!
Thank you so much for this video :) Topic that I’d like to learn more about: how flexible should companies be in terms of rules to go back to the office?
Thanks Christine... very timely and useful advise... I have a question for you.... as Managers come back to work to hybrid teams, how can they go about planning for engagement and connection? Another question is around just planning work - suddenly managers may have team members working on time as well as place flexibility... how do they go about planning for delivering outcomes effectively?
Hi Christine, for ideas of new videos, I would love you to talk about how to get more adrenaline at work? Especially when not in "front" role/position. Thank you!!
Do you have a favorite tip for running hybrid meetings? -Christine
If you have several participants in a meeting room, rename the meeting room to display their names so virtual participants know who's there.
I love the Everyone signs in virtually, it creates real balance! Thanks a lot Christine! I love the format and your energy!!💛
I like putting my views of the speaker right under my camera so it seems like we're making "eye contact."

i think it is better to set the expectation that the default video setting is 'on', recognizing that at times, people can pause the video

How does a team leader get the team to participate more during meetings?
