@@kiadronger Alright listen, if your Exchange had asked you for PAN card 💳 when you signed, they will ask you for tax when you transfer into bank,
If you are thinking that you will transfer the amount when you go Dubai or outside India,
Unfortunately you still have to pay 30% tax because you had purchased Crypto in India,
That's the Rule

First you pay Income tax . Then you purchase something again GST . After that you save some there stt LTGC, STGc stamp duty sebi charges etc. they are saying to curb retail participants no country does like that for growth .
