I remember reading comments on Blanxz first match like “he dosent belong in this caliber” and “we shouldn’t let bad players in” and I was really hoping he would shine this season. Just wish he didn’t crush my boi Aggy so bad 😂
Spoilers!!! This game was a bit of a bummer to watch. Just Aggy in a blender for 45 minutes. Very brutal board that made it almost impossible to catch up. Well played by blanxz, though.
Not having played doesn’t me you can’t logically have good ideas. We don’t have the minute timer like they do and we don’t have stress and pressure. So discounting somebody’s opinion because they don’t have experience says more about the fact that you don’t actually listen to people when they talk.
In all fairness it's pretty easy even for someone with very little to no experience playing bingo to see what the correct plays in given situations would have been with the benefit of seeing both screens and not being under pressure in the moment like those players are. Being inexperienced doesn't mean that someone is incapable of making sound observations (which make up the overwhelming majority of the comments I've seen under these videos this season, very little "xyz player is bad, I would have blah blah blah" going on here thankfully)
@@antoniodominguezjr4734 shit like that is useless, you literally just gave reasons why those suggestions are not important. you dont have the pressure, can see both screens, and have hindsight, so no one cares about that shit. its not realistic ideas. much less talking about dumb ass funny "yOu dONt lIsTEn tO PeoPLe" yeah man youtube comments definitely give you that kind of knowledge about someone XDDDDD
@@sp4rklsz He lost the game because he dient do ancient dragon man when he had prio on it for no reason. The selling square is not spooky unless he gets the 3 early game squares in that line.
Blanxz is for this season what Cata was for S2 imo. Super confident boss fights and top tier speedrunning skills making him effectively unbeatable for rush squares + he is clearly developing a sense for how to manipulate the board very quickly. Definitely one of the 2 or 3 favourites to take the whole thing from what I've seen of the players so far
I remembera few months ago Blanxz saying in speedrunning he wasn't getting the respect he deserved and I agreed with him. He is almost flawless when it comes to execution, I think he is unbeatable on any rush squares or simple boards. The bingo skills are clearly improving and he made some great reads here. If Blanxz gets as good at the strategy side of Bingo as he is at the execution he's my favourite to win the season.
Ngl, I was very surprised how sloppy his execution is. I expected it to be like tom or gino who just came in on form barely ever dying and going for lines that only they are skilled enuugh to take. But the first game against Adef he played was probably the worst individual performance I have ever seen in Bingo and he has more slipups than the average competitor I have ssen even now. His early game plans are super solid though and he is very good at efficient routing. But those are his only strenghts IMO. It will be really tough to win the way he is now.
@@tinminator8905 Nerves got to him for that first match. He did win quite a lot of practice matches prior to the season starting, and has been an excellent speedrunner for years. Same story as with Cata and NPT - guy is fast as fuck and very consistent at all main bosses. And he's a fast learner for the particulars of bingo strategies. Honestly wouldn't surprise me to see a finals between NPT and blanxz with the latter coming out on top.

Wow, Blanxz really blitzed this, well played! Aggy did his best in that situation, but I think he should have gone for cookbooks, he already had the Moor ruins grace so would have been faster.
Imagine, what oif Blanxz was going for the 2 Hippo square instead and ending it on a double bingo by killing putrescent knight with remembrance weapon only, upgrading gaius swordlance beforehand.... that would have been crazy.
people saying that aggy made the biggest misplays when he cant see the opponents screen is so funny. i think that both players did great it was just a very misbalanced board which favored whoever got katana first.
but he did make a bunch of misplays. Like, objectively. Should have finished talismans instead of doing sentinel duo. Should have done backhand blades and ADM immediately after Blanx got the katana (Aggie is great with the BHBs) and he even says so in his after-game interview? He also sucked several times at the T-skip, died or quit out a couple other times, and played defeated the whole time. Aggie is awesome until he makes one mistake and then he tilts worse than any other bingo player in the competition. He's one of the best by skill but his mental game is not great.
I wonder what this match would have looked like if Aggy didnt go for hippo, because he could have had a headstart on water district, which was a very strong area this match.
Guy dropped the ball hard and kept dropping it after getting sniped. Should've gone for killing Dragon Man with Great Katana right away, or at least after getting sniped. Though what the fuck was that last Hippo riposte lmao

That’s the point. It’s a silly word and it’s silly that they used this old English word that nobody would know how to pronounce instead of just calling it the Shadow Tree.
