Hi Tone, I love you too! The interview was amazing and now I'm here too. I have experienced a lot in my life as well such as: at age 3 in a "dream" was shown my time before birth. I was making plans with God and could choose everything, from parents to this body. Age 5-6: On a day out of the blue I repeated to myself a few times: I am ... I am .... I am, this is my true nature. There is much more, I can talk for hours but I will leave it here. I'm going to learn, watch more and more. In the plan making I made the decision to be born in this specific family, in order to find my way back to God. And here I am yet again guided by God to you Tone, I am not a believer of coincidence. All is a plan and by God's will only we will awaken our Spirit, our true nature which is unconditional love.

However the way the church teaches the Bible never made sense to me and I've been seeking why and after watching the interview I learned the answer. Curious- why did we descend to begin with? Was it only to learn and to experience? Or what exactly is the purpose for descending to begin with? Was it because we all have free will? I simply don’t understand why we had to come to earth to begin with???
In the human body the fluids made in the pineal gland descend the spinal column down to the lower and then reascend and light up the brain in a new way this is the whole essence of kundalini .....likewise we descended to activate and reascend to a new state. He said it....we had to know what we ARE NOT if we are to know or understand what we are .....we are learning here. This is a 3d school.

Excited to hwar more. For me this is like friendly reminders to what i have forgotten. I was a dream traveller for most of this life, but something happened and now its hard for me to get back into that state where i could astral dream at will. I had been flexing different abilities in these dreams only to have them wiped. Now i cant remember how i did these things n the 1st. Its frustrating because astral dreaming helped balance being stuck here (feeling stuck here inside this plane). Everything i acquired, i have forgotten with some sort of amnesia. Just woke up one day and i was not the same.

QUESTION I was wondering if you could help me think about something properly. I have type 2 diabetes and no matter what I eat or how much, my sugar gets out of control (200+) I have a doctor and I am on medication but it doesn't seem to help. The only thing I can eat is salads. I'm literally eating a salad for breakfast right now. Although I would not call this suffering, my body is suffering. My vessel is compromised. Any inspired suggestions?
Have you considered meditation? It’s NOT easy. Some people concentrate on breathing techniques-inhaling white healing light, then exhaling your painful breath, slowly repeating your intention to literally inhale warm healing light, then expel your pain. Concentrate on rhythmic breathing. Find someone on UA-cam that you resonate with, say, beginner meditation, and try it with several teachers until you truly can enjoy its healing/relaxing ritual and eventually look forward to your “self-healing” care. This is only my elementary advice as I’m still learning, from being active, fit, trim and toned and maintained with help from a personal trainer, then boom, bedridden for many years. I just followed Tone here at the beginning of his appearance on JeffMara’s Podcast, and I resonate with his words. Namaste.
Look into carnivore diet if you haven’t already. I had digestive issues for 2+ years and drs only ran tests and tried to prescribe meds. I was exploring elimination diets when I discovered carnivore diet. After 3 months all the issues I suffered with are gone and no meds. There are numerous testimonies of people being healed of many ailments including diabetes. Good luck and God bless.
