Scott, Idk, there is reality, at truck is what it is, it's not a toy, it was built for the average person so they can do the work of why a person would need a truck. there is a culture of mind set where (to them) it is just a form of a car used just for transportation. Trucks are handy for the do it yourselfers, yard work, home improvement, getting your wood in for the winter and so on, or you have something that requires towing. There is nothing wrong with have an older Truck, in a lot of ways it is advantage, and as long as you can bend wrenches on it to fix it, without all the electronic computerized crap, that make's it worth so much more. Now rub the whole truck down with linseed oil, Flowtrol, or mineral oil. It will bring all that faded paint back to life, and keep it from rusting. She'll look like a million bucks. I did it with mineral oil on my 62 Volvo PV544 and it went from dull gray to the original black.
