I can get why some people would say this sounds like QOTSA because Josh sings on it, but, as someone who has spent the last year listening to Queens' discography over and over again like the sick little fucker that I am, I can assure you that, aside from the vocals, it sounds nothing like them. It's much more old hard rock-oriented (a freakin' awesome hard rock band, by the way) while QOTSA is far more experimental and alternative (Era Vulgaris...). Plus, this sounds like a SOLID rock band, and Queens of the Stone Age sounds.. well, like Queens of the Stone Age. Anyways, give this guys a couple of years and, if they get back together to make another record, I assure you that they will be able to take out the best of each other and carve a name in the industry by themselves - not as Queens of the Stone Age, not as Nirvana, not even as Led Zeppelin - as Them Crooked Vultures.

there`s a lot to hear aside the influence from qotsa, besides, in my opinion, qotsa hardly reach the complexity level of these guys... and johannes gave a lot in this band...you can hear it, that guy is incredible
believe me... of course it sound a lot like qotsa but what i mean is that qotsa was influenced by his playing...josh changed bit his guitar playing due to johannes...the melodies in era vulgaries and lullabies are very trendy in johannes style...i say this because i believe that them crooked has given the oportunity to alain to even out his playing style among the others...

You can get a stack of first rate "stars" together and they still might suck. These guys really play off each other and have a genius, original dynamic. Fucken love it and don't think it feels like QOTSA or Led Zep at all, even if some basic sounds are similar.

They dont, this is a poor rip off the album. The album version has max. 2 second gap between songs. We are not hearing the last 3 seconds off all of these songs. Find the individual videos on a playlist if you don't beleive me.
