I have seen so many people ask about the text without reply. For me when I need to make a text last for a period of time and disappear I use the splice feature. I Splice where I want the text to start and splice where I want the text to disappear. The only thing I don't understand is how to make them transition out instead of just disappearing. Hopefully this helps people on this thread. I'm not an expert but have tinkered around for a bit.
I just created my first Title screen. The words are in red and it comes in from the right being in the middle, then it goes out left in the middle and the video starts. 3 seconds each way. Awesome. Just came back to say thanks

You could then avoid the out of focus situation that I saw on a couple of your video. Thank you again for your tutorials!

I'm now using version 20.07.11 and when I create the title screen and have it slide in from the top, the background color and text all slide in from the top (as one big block-not sure how to explain it). Before only the text would slide in from the top and the background color remained in place. Hope that makes sense but was wondering if this changed with an update???
I used 2 fonts for my texts, but when I exported the project, it changed at the first font format, so it didn't save my choosed fonts. how I fix it? sorry for my english, I'm learning haha

Good question. If the text is subtitles / soft subs, you can change them with a program like Aegisub. If they are hard subs, permanently on the video, you will have to either crop out or cover that part of the video, then add new text.
Yes, good idea separating lessons in different videos. Still... it would help a lot... if you could speak not so fast and pointing the coursor, in the right icons - with no "dancing" around (what makes us follow useless actions). Appreciate, spite of... your good work.

I just render it, then I do a transition for the whole thing, including text. Kind of annoying but not too bad.

How do you bring text in at the 10 sec mark and remove it at the 25 sec mark?
text feature seems very limited. You cant fade your text in and out .. or am I missing it?

When adding texts, there is a limit to how many text you can add. How do increase the limit or better yet set the limit to infinite ? Please help.

That's creating a title card, like you used to be able to do with windows 10 video editor.

Yes, using addition filters with key frames you can animate a text or title clip. You can animate thing like Size & Position, Rotate, Fade, etc...
