Just played on the 16th of this month, absolutely incredible experience, one of the best tracks I've ever played. Impressed myself with a 75 from the tips!!!

Wild how flat the greens look and just how much the grain will pull balls offline. I shot 79 the time I played it and putting cost me so big. That short game area though...

I had a Rangefinder on meters for a whole round…was losing my mind! Then, next day figured out in 3rd hole.
He has to wait for it to turn off then hold the button for 5 seconds. Thats what most are im pretty sure

This is really inspiring, hearing Khoa's story. I started playing golf in December 2023. Straight after the 1st round i played, i was HOOKED. Bought a set of $65 clubs and started searching golf videos on YT, came accross Good Good golf which led me to Grants channel. I have been studying Grants swing and watched all the swing tip videos and teaching my self to play. Hearing Khoa say he has only played for over a year and started the same way excites me.

Your attitude and positivity are such a great example for young players Grant. I have a nine year old boy who is a good golfer, but gets hot on the course from time to time. Tough break! But also remember that the amount of prep pros go through to make the cut is incredible. You got close and did 0 prep. I feel like you could make the cut with a good caddie and proper prep work. Nice video man! Can’t wait to see what you do this year !

It’s hilarious how serious the intro sounds vs how goofy and happy the videos all start.
76 is not a bad score at all out there. That course is TOUGH! I've been fortunate to play it twice now, and there are some really tough holes out there. 6, 8, 9, 11, and 18 are some really well designed holes.

Grant, I'm a 3 handicap and I've played BH a handful of times. You did quite well especially for your first time. As you saw there's a fine line between going low out there and shooting 76. Thing is there's no guarantee you'd score better the next round. That's just BH. Tough golf course. You're game is coming around. Loved watching this video and living each hole with you. )

I got to play Bay Hill twice, just after the 2022 Invitational. Im a +0.2 handicap, played it from the tips. It's such a difficult course, but so memorable. Anyone who grew up with the Tiger era, having seen him win there 8 times, some in the most dramatic ways, the whole time youre on the grounds youre just reimagining shots you've seen Tiger make. It's the one tournament on the Tour schedule that I wish Tiger would play. The front 9 is a monster with some of the most intimidating tee and approach shots youll ever see. The par-3 2nd is every bit of that 230yds. The tee shot on 3 with all that water left and crazy deep rough right, only to leave you with an approach shot looking at all water left and a tiny green. What an incredible, memorable course. I cant wait to get back there again. Dad and I elected to do Pinehurst at the end of April, right before the Open. But next year I think we're going to go back to Bay Hill.

Grant is too humble. He's easily the best youtube golfer right now. You do hit it like a professional Grant, you are extremely consistent.
I love the swing, the golf, and the content. But the Royal 'we' just got me turning it off. Maybe a divide across the pond, but I can't equate humble when the 'we' is invoked. It's not like Grant has a long term caddy relationship to honour. Sorry, Grant. Love watching you play, and you have unbelievable guests...

@@leroyrodgers6089 Fair point. It just shows that I'm probably out of step. Pros often say 'we' when they want to acknowledge the contributions their caddies make to quality of their performance. I don't find it humble even for top amateurs with swings like Grant to absorb the pro speak. Maybe it's a Brit / US divide. Or maybe i'm out of step.

@@seancunningham4462 Only at the great risk of over labouring the point: years ago Spieth (I think) started saying 'we' made this putt, 'we' hit it close etc. in acknowledgement of the input of his caddy to the result. I understand that this is a good thing to do up to a point. The only others to use 'we' for the singular were the Royal family ('we' are not amused). It just irks me, because I hear it as an assumption of status. As I say, Grant plays fantastic golf, and the range of guests is astonishing. I'll get my coat.

Been living in florida for 3-4 years now.... this is the weather i look forward to all summer. I grew up in NY and lived in Minnesota for 7 years... needless to say im a little too warm blooded for florida summers still. I cant wait for "winter".

I am 71 haven't golfed since I was about 20. Can't really say I golfed it was more like hitting balls into the water or the woods.

I go to the API every year and make a boys golf trip out of it. It’s a truly magical place. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to start going until Mr. Palmer had already passed away. His legacy is truly amazing and the beauty and magic of Bay Hill can’t be captured on camera! I can’t recommend going to the tournament enough! Gotta be on the golf bucket list

Grant talking about 49 degrees being cold equates to around 10 degrees celcius, standard weather to play in the uk😂
Not to mention their max wind speed is usually around 10mph! So when they say it's super windy, it's a really calm day in the UK 😂
Hey Grant! It would be cool to see a quick 30-seconds at the end of your cut videos (specifically the ones where you don't make it) to hear your thoughts on where you could've done something differently to make the cut. Whether it was a bad shot out of play, putter wasn't firing, or course management, it's interesting to hear the feedback of a high quality golfer on where you'd expect to improve on a round which most of us would be ecstatic with the score.
