He was born in 87...but I am old enough to.remember the release date for this song, and to be his mommy....but I'm gonna go ahead and be creepy...I'm obsessed with Tommy! @@playagain963 Yeah the song was released on January 5th 1983. No one can tell why the date Oct. 26th 1985 is being shown multiple times and in various forms through the video. Nothing about the song has any significant attachment to Oct 26th 1985 that I could find online researching. Funny enough Oct. 26th 1985 also has some significance from the movie "Back to the Future" as that is the date on the time machines computer that Marty leaves from to go back to 1955 and the date he has to return to when coming home. It is also the date that Doc Brown arrives right after Marty gets home and destroys the time machine to tell him and his girlfriend they need to come with him to the future to deal with their kids.
