    Hello Friends,
    Welcome to Foods Of India.
    Today we are going to prepare Chettinad mutton keema (மட்டன் கொத்துக்கறி) . Mutton Kothu Kari serves as an excellent side dish for Rice, idli, dosa, chapathi, parotta, briyani and all types of variery rice.
    Mutton Kothu Kari Fry is a paradise for all meat lovers.
    The taste of this mutton kothu kari gravy is enhanced as we prepare fresh masala
    Ingredients
    Minced Mutton - 300 gm
    For Dry Roast
    Coriander seeds - 3 tspn
    Cumin seeds- 1 tspn
    Pepper - 1 tspn
    Cinnamon - 1
    Cardamon - 1
    Cloves - 2
    For Mutton keema
    Ground nut oil - 3
    Fennel seeds - 1/2 tspn
    Bay leaf - 1
    Cinnamon - 1
    Cardamom - 2
    Cloves - 3
    Kalpasi - 1/2 tspn
    Shallots - 150 gm(1 cup}
    Ginger garlic paste - 2 tspn
    Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
    Salt - As required
    Chopped Curry leaves
    Mix welll
    Put the lid on along with weight and let it cook for 10 minutes.
    Open the lid and add grinded masala with high flame.
    Turn off the flame when it gets thick gravy.
