love all my wired and wireless original xbox 360 controllers over the Xb1 and XB S/S controllers. next one is, the perfect Dualshock / Six axis PS3 controllers. this is a great device to own. 360!controllers! here we come!
It's not in the list of supported controllers but Ive tried it with the Retro-Bit Sega Saturn USB Wireless pad, works great on the Xbox Series X *EXCEPT* the Option, guide and menu buttons are not mapped at all, and the select button is mapped to LT. Can this be fixed in a firmware update? Thanks!
These cord based usb adapters are basically flawless. My only complaint is that these usb's are kinda bulky. They stick out off the side of your console about 3 or 4 inches. Don't accidently walk past the console and snag it on your shirt or whatever. SOMETIMES when you turn the console on it wont recognize the controller and you have to unplug the usb and plug it back in and then the problem is solved. That's only happened to me like twice out of 300 some odd times though. And it never fails during gameplay. Just my experience so far. I LOVE BROOK ADAPTERS! Helped me love gaming so much more.
Brook has never been the best at wireless sad to say : ( But a cable is always better anyways so I don't really care very much. I'd go with a slightly faster connection over no cord in the long run. I do feel bad for folks with rowdy kids though who run through the cords all of the time. That's gotta get old fast lol. Thankfully I don't have kids or if I did, they wouldn't be allowed anywhere near my precious game collection. Sorry kiddoz lololol

I’m getting an unauthorized/unsupported accessory error on series X when plugging in the adapter. It was working for a couple days and now it’s saying it will be blocked in a week.

Turbo speed adjustment does not work on this XB2 version as advertised. At least not without an firmware update will be my guess, since I already try 2 of this out of the box without doing any update. Can anyone elaborate if this is the case?
My adapter loses connection with my dualsense after one hour or so on the Xbox 360, Im in the latest firmware. Happens with 2 adapters and different dualsenses, so anoying.

You remap, but you just do it a second time. When you are in the remapping mode, it knows what the button was originally set up for. Meaning if you want to Map X to B and B to X. First enter remap mode. Then press B, then press the View button and X. Then press Start (to save this setting) and then press the system button. Re-enter the remapped, then press X and then View with B button at the same time. Then press Start to save it. And then finally press the system button to exit the button mapper. Perhaps don’t have to leave the button remapper to do a second remapping, I dunno, I just got this product last night and figured out the remapping about 5 minutes ago.
Microsoft started already on November 12, 2023 in a very inconsistent way, because some got banned and some didn't. Brook has recently released a firmware update to keep the XB2 functional for now.
I recently purchased the xb2 for my series X. I bought it to use my dual sense edge on series X First thing I did before using it is updating the firmware on pc. Once done (I think it was 2.2.1 if I remember) I plugged it to my series X Connected my D's edge wirely first and it worked without wire after this. But after 2 hours contrôler disconnect. The only way to fix this issue is disconnected and reconnect xb2 from Xbox and replug dual sense edge wire to contrôler. This is a big cons. Devis should have fixed this long know disconexion issue in last firmware but theyr didn't No news from them since

Got it to work I reinstalled the software again and it worked, update software there are 2 versions of the soft try both.

The XB2 only supports Elite2 controller in wirelessly mode.
If your Elite controller is first version, XB only works with wires mode.

Sorry, WingmanXB2 currently does not provide the function of configuring the dead zone.
How do you flip buttons
You remap, but you just do it a second time. When you are in the remapping mode, it knows what the button was originally set up for.
Meaning if you want to Map X to B and B to X.
