The entire internet just suffered world wide catastrophic failure due to the way you did this job...oh.....my...gosh...Casey.....i joke good to see you laughing and enjoying life bro dont ever stop smiling
For all the negative comments .. I watch it because Casey does more than do rescues he comments a lot on how, what and why, Another is that we we get the whole nine yards on the trip he is taking { lovely scenery } from his little shop to the rescue site, to where the vehicle or item gets dropped off and back to the happy Casey grounds .. Sometimes it's Family time with mom and Riley ..
It's not the right way or the wrong way, it's your way. So let the arm chair quarter backs say what they will. Watching you for some time I'd say you do it very well and professional 👍😉🇺🇲.
Dennis why do you think it's ok to call people names if they have a different opinion? Did you not just say 'It's not the right way or the wrong way, it's your way.' Why so insecure and defensive? The thing about opinions is it's free to offer one and the one you have offered is not better because you called others names for doing the same thing.
Larches are one of the few coniferous trees to change colors and lose their needles in the fall. Western larch (Larix occidentalis) and subalpine larch (Larix lyalli) grow in the interior Pacific Northwest (Montana, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington) of the U.S. and British Columbia, Canada. We have a big batch near keno Oregon.
Casey, thanks for graciously accepting his offered payment. I know you were doing it for free, but that was nice of you to be gracious and accept his payment.
In todays world, the cost of fuel is too great to do this sort of work free of charge. I’m pleased you accepted a small payment for what you do just to help with a little of those costs.. stay safe…from afar watching in New Zealand…😊
It is nice when the people that you rescue "free" gives you a bit of a tip, that cost a whole lot less then what others would charge. Thank You for being so kind.
Love the winter scenery Casey, a beautiful drive! Glad things went well for you on this recovery. And good to see you Zach, excellent camera work and commentary, nice to see you helping out Casey!
I can see why this is your passion Casey, meeting someone who's experiences are worlds apart from your own, and showing genuine appreciation for what ever job you do for them! Makes for a great video and a great day!! Can't wait for more winter rescues...stay safe until the next one!! 👍
I love this kind of video. Those trees with snow but still showing some color, the small part in the canopy to reveal the sky, and that ribbon of road through the forest. Way cool!
“I like making questionable decisions that will come back to bite me in the a$$”😂 Nice recovery! Love how kind you always treat the customers ❤ Glad that you took his offer to pay, he appreciated it too and shook your hand😊 Keep up the great videos and stay safe out there!❤️🙏
Such a delight to see something I never knew existed. A naturally red leaf pine tree. Plus the fun of seeing and meeting new people. Disasters aren't fun!!!!!!!
Awesome rescue, so glad you got the trailer out before it dumped more snow. It has been torrential downpour in PDX and the higher elevations are getting dumped with snow. Never seen alive red fir tree, so rad.
Zach is always a great source of help for you. I get the heebie-jeebies when you're by yourself in the changing weather. Gorgeous scenery for this Florida gal. We don't get seasons: we just get hot, horribly hot, suffocating hot, not as hot and just miserable. A little red maple (or a red larch) would be a welcome treat in this sweaty jungle. Best wishes.
Oregon is so beautiful in winter! I really enjoyed this one, even more so with the higher quality video. Hopefully this is the new way of doing it and we will see some stunning HD scenery over the winter.
Never seen one that embarrassed , now only old folk can come up with lines like that. I once crashed a car when i was in my teens over in New Zealand. Claude an old bloke who we all knew, who drove the rural mail car pulled up, took a good long look, then he stated "good to see you young kids are learning, Park them well off the road". Old bugger then slyly smiled and drove away. Had to walk 2 miles to my mates place for a tow. I will always remember that old mans wit.
I can remember when Oregon first came out with this series of license plates and they had that tree in its gold/red stage on the plate. Lots of complaints because people didn't realize it was the Larch or Tamarack. It forced an immediate change to green, but it was a bit funny.
Bless you Casey for being a wonderful person in a messed up world. Don't let the back seat drivers tell you how things should of been done. You do it your way whether they think it is right or wrong.
Nice customer and you provided a great service for him. Looked like an easy tow and you definitely took the right truck. You are way ahead of us for snow totals we have only seen a dusting here in Colorado. Remember to drive safely, always wear that seat belt, and love those round abouts. Not!
Casey, I think those tracks might have been overkill today. But I agree in this part of the world you just never know. Some very good friends of mine just moved to Bend and they already love it.
There are some old timers that I have as customers, I've told them I don't need anything it was a simple job. they insist on giving something ,and you gotta take it or they may just whip the tar out of you and put it in your pocket .

I used to live in the North East, now I live in Florida.....I don't really think about getting snowed in anymore.. 🤣🤣🤣 Good job again Mr. Casey!! I like watching your adventures. Keep them coming!!

Most people I know call them Tamarack. I learned to spot them as they make good firewood. Lots around the John Day area.
That’s a fir tree bud. I spent 25 years in forestry in Scotland. Sorry try again
That is not a larch, probably some horticultural variant of a fir.

Another awesome example of being of service to us all.
And another comment for the algorithm to help pay for fuel.
Your red tree is a Tamarack/Larch. They are the only trees that shed their needles in late fall. There are tons of them in northern Ontario, Canada.
Thank you for posting this interesting informative background storyline about the tree
agree 100 %
I have several right around my house in southern Ontario.
Hello from eastern Ontario Canada. Same here there are a few around here as well
I have seen the Tamarack swamps turn golden in fall but never red in norther Wisc, Minn and Michigan.
Nice one, you always do a great job. I just went on Google like everyone else did about the red fir tree. You even get us educated 😅😅. Thank you

That pine tree looks like a Tamarack also known as American larch we have quite a few of them up around McCall Idaho.
It's a shame we couldn't see the tracked jeep but the truck was more than enough for the job. Looking forward to the next one 👌
