So for me instead of bench press I do Dips/ Weighted Dips and it got me super strong haha. Highly recommend. In about 2-3 years I was able to max out my ORM on Dips for 190lbs and I weigh 263 ish. So it works haha.
Got a question here, i carry weight one side at a time while trying to keep my body straight up, I Wanna target obliques for strength and overall core strength, am I going the right way?
Yes, carrying weight one side at a time while keeping your body upright effectively targets your obliques and enhances overall core strength. This exercise, known as a unilateral farmer's walk, challenges your core stability and balance.
Yes, you can do daily, but lifting exercises are two to three days in a week. Proper rest, diet, nutrition are Very crucial for muscle growth and entire body wellness 💪.
There's nothing wrong and its actually easier and healthier on the body to push 315 than to pull 315 back is better excess used with high reps and push is easier worked on heavy reps but shoulder/military press shouldn't be done to heavy it should be dome at a 10-15 rep max so your not tearing the rotator cuffs up
For beginners 6 to 10 reps for 2 to 3 sets. Intermediate athletes are 10 to 15 reps for 2 to 3 sets. But proper diet, sleep, and rest are crucial for muscle growth and recovery 💪. Hope you enjoy this video. Thanks for watching❣️.
Already, In previous 2 days, I have uploaded effects of squats. It will boost your stamina, vitality, vigor, strong legs and entire health. Thanks for great words😃.
@@scottbaker99 Roofing is definitely hard work but wouldn’t working out at the gym help you do a better job? Why does bench pressing trigger so many people ? 😂 The default answer is insecurity 💀
@Liftupfashion I do exercise, but when I do women are exercising too. And when I go back to work, zero women. So like I said REAL MEN EXERCISE IS ROOFING FENCE INSTALLER ect.
I'd say if you're in your teens or twenties, these are ideal. Mid thirties and older you're looking at pushing too hard and ending up with a back issue. I'm talking about deadlifts and squats particularly. There are excellent alternatives to these exercises where you can really put a lot of stress to your body at little risk.
The dead lift, farmer carries, and especially the pullups develop the biceps very well. The pullups/chinups with palms inward will hit your biceps on par with heavy curls and with less strain on the elbows. This video is solid advice because they've focused on complex movements that use multiple joints instead of isolation moves that only use one joint. Curls have their place, but aren't necessary to whole body development.
Nothing going to happen if you are shorter than the average male hight , no matter how much muscle mass you carry you just look bloated . Some people go as far as calling short muscular build fat . Don't see a lot of respect falling through . :))
Just be confident and accept things the way they are instead of whining about height. I too was worried about my height (even though I'm above average Indian height of 5'8", I'm 5'11" ) until I saw a guy as short as 5' being confident and also sometimes ordering around people, I started being more confident about about my height.
Do you think I sit around and do nothing , bro attractiveness have attributes , and thats all , if you don't physically stand apart from others people barely get attracted to you , it's a harsh truth , I am just stating that . And using umbrella term like confidence is just avoiding the real truth anyway .

You forgot the Tire Flip
Can I do these exercises on a daily basis?
Yes, you can do daily, but lifting exercises are two to three days in a week. Proper rest, diet, nutrition are Very crucial for muscle growth and entire body wellness 💪.
Good choices but deleting the bench press and adding hanging leg raises will give you a better balanced workout.
Bench press for hanging leg raises? No way
What a dumb suggestion
Deleting bench press r u serious????

If all exercises are done correctly with the core engaged, there is no need for additional core stimulation
& never forget about the strong leg
💪👍🔔💫✌️
Its incomplete without dips 💀💀💀
