Agree except for the Amishs use of puppy mills. We were told by many throughout the years that they keep the dogs in deplorable conditions in small stacked cages in dark barns and sometimes cut the dogs vocal cords so no one can hear their cries for help. Many dog rescues try to help these dogs, however, the USDA or the US Dept of Agriculture continues to allow this horror.
@@DeborahBlatchley I’m sorry to hear that I had no idea as very inhumane and maybe we shall allow some transparency. I would never allow that either but I’m shocked to hear your information that you provided about their dogs. I’m disappointed to hear that. Thank you for your input.
What a great reflection of how it should be in USA. I really appreciate that. They kept their heritage and their culture. They’re very much appreciated and what they do how they think and their end result.. maybe we should start a college Amish teachers maybe they could teach our stupid kids today to be a little more responsible for the future. Think about it
Just read your message and reply thank you very much. I wasn’t referring to my children with them, all 10 of them . They’re all grown up and doing very well however I will be fair to. You and only say I was referring to how they seem to work together.. I don’t know what’s behind the scenes. Seems like you do thank you for your input..
Oh, come on! The Amish are a smart people they will not sell what they themselves will need t live. They are caring people will share with others in need but common sense says no one would jeopardize their own to sell to others!
Is there a way that I can get a link too? Amish food and purchase everything from smoked meats to pantry fresh garden products, butter as well as drinking. Fresh items
I remember when going to the supermarket and buying meat would have a USDA stamp. Now, we don't know what we are getting. My mother would instruct me not to buy any meat that didn't have the stamp.
I pay it gladly for my family because raw milk has many great qualities tbat have been stripped from pasturized milk pasturized milk is likely one of the reasons for many illnesses
I used to pay .75 a gallon. Nobody ever got sick from it. We felt better too. I wasn't allowed, by law to buy it for human consumption so I bought it for a very thirsty cat
WHO doesn't want them and WHY? This is just a come on. There's a farm here close to me that sells it. They tell us its up to us to decide. I had cancer so I won't drink it anymore

I personally would vote for the Amish to take over the entire USDA department and run it every aspect.

One of the bloggers pay $14 a gallon for raw milk. Not many can pay that price and put your kids at risk.

@@denisecole6128 there is nothing wrong with raw milk. Farm families have been drinking it for centuries. They still do.
