Agreed, the best team won. Next year I hope Rostov or Bucaresti can threaten Gyor more. Vardar got fewer suspensions, had a better goal keeper, but still they weren't able to win.
i wouldnt say that gyor was better team. vardar played much more asthetic handball, their attacking strategies and combinations were brilliant and their way of playing handball was more intense than gyors. but gyor compensated this with individual class in offense and defense and in the end, they were lucky that vardar wasnt able to deal with amorim in overtime. she was the one who decided with her extra boost, if she had not done so it still would have been equalized, both teams were on same level but different ways of handball
kimilsung420blazit obviously Gyor has bought a lot of the best players in the world and despite having several injuries, they still have a lot of great players. Anyway Vardar is no more. Too bad. Next year I hope Rostov who gets Martin or Bucaresti who gets several Vardar players can give them a better fight.
gyor bought kristiansen from FCM and bratsett from vipers, so next season the 5 most important players from norway international team are goin to play at gyor together. they dont need to work much to get a performance wich is operating great together. im not a gyor fan, but it will be incredible hard for any other team to beat them next years, remember that they won the final even without mork. CSM will need much more time to integrate the new players for sure.
