Hi Heather! As usual, it is a delight to discover your breakdown on this topic as I have just finished, "Love is Blind Japan." For me, Minami and Mori are the perfect depiction of people who "met but not destined". Minami is an obsessive-compulsive person which is actually part of her charm and she knows that she is like this. This is evident on her thought-provoking questions on the pods. She was also the one who initiated physical contact which surprised Mori when she laid down on his lap while they two were reading books. She did not complain about not holding hands while walking on the beach which was understandable as Mori was not into that stuff as I observed onscreen. Minami is the type of person who did not open up about what irks her about Mori (the clothes) as she probably does not see that she has a say considering the length of the relationship and she was kind of protecting the relationship in her own little way which proved to be not effective as this leaves matters under the rug only to develop to something bigger than it was. What I like about Minami is her being happy on the simple and little things, reading together, spending time in the park playing bubbles, throwing frisbee. It shows that she values quality time. It also shows her introverted side. What made a negative impression on me was when Minami opened up about Mori preparing the meal for the next day. It seemed she is transactional in her dealings but on the other side, it is also her obsessive-compulsive showing as she wants everything planned out. I think Mori gave the relationship up earlier than Minami did. It was a deal breaker for him that Minami is obsessive-compulsive. I also did not see an example where Minami talked negatively about other people. He also arrives tired from work and arrives home with no excitement.
Mizuki mentioned that his friend was basically the boss, so he knew that he was lying when he said he owned the restaurant. At least, that's how I see it. Loving these videos, keep them coming!

Fun fact, Mori and Ayano are currently dating and it looks like they're doing pretty well.
