K, I didn't know about the chat ban until watching this video because I play on PS on single player worlds communicating via phone call if playing with another person but I can say with confidence that THIS IS NOT OKAY! Playing Roblox with my brother and constantly having my entire 6 sentence chat message censored because of s single "swear word" (typical, innocent word) was already a pain up my ass and that makes me thankful that I don't play on servers or realms on MC. However, it also makes me feel bad for the people who do. The issue with profanity banning in most games is that makes people too afraid to even think about chatting. Microsoft literally did that but 1000x worse. The worst part about this is that if we want to run a server for future updates (1.20 and beyond) we will have to put up with this shit. Microsoft literally used censorship as an excuse to turn minecraft into North Korea. #removechatreporting
