They are immortal but they are still vulnerable to deaths such as impalement, decapitation or harsh injuries. They can't get sick though, but if you wound them enough they can die.
They don’t die of age or illness. But you do can kill them. After their death they go to Mandos halls (kind of heaven) and there are different ways for them what to do after death. Their souls are attached to the world so they can choose to stay in this „heaven“ or can be rebirthed I‘ve heard. So like us human in the real world, elves never fully die. You too if you just believe ✝️❤️
