How do you remove the old cape and find an authentic one?

Okay I have 4 complaints,1st off don't make the Wayne's killer joker, 2nd off don't let Gordon know Bruce's identity,3rd off don't make Gordon a bad guy and lastly get better voice actors

What was the song you used for penguin? Like In the scene where he was escaping the iceberg lounge. And the song you played when the movie logo showed.
