May 2024. No dig allotment. Pea frame. Pesky birds. Beans, beetroot and bindweed. And bickering.

In May, we build a frame for our peas to grow up, but then they got decimated by birds (I think). Loads of slug and snail damage to growing plants, so loads of new sowings. We planted The Czar runner beans, Lazy Housewife and Abundance french beans from ‪@realseeds‬
We planted out Purple Sprouting Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts (F1 Brendon). We also put in some seed grown dahlias and some tubers from Farmer Gracy.
