FYI- Interesting acticle from a Vermont news article, the "Stowe Reporter".
The reason that there are no tables and chairs in the Roastery is because the Roastery doesn't have any bathrooms. No bathrooms means you can not have any tables and chairs and no food can be served. Coffee, per cup, is $4, $9 and $30, depending on blend of coffee.
The Roastery's main function is being a fulfilment center for coffee sales.
I have been a subscriber to your page for a couple years, I have made numerous comments, as well as asked bunerous questions and NEVER saw one reply or answer to a question. For that reason I do not think in thre NEW YEAR I will continue to stay subscribed.

Pretty sure they gave them time off because those other two will be running the place by themselves for a lot longer than a week. Since Jordan and family will be leaving back to Panama.

@@ajsans9161 Absolutely. The pace of that place on opening day was pretty crazy. If they are still doing close to the same amount of people as that day, it's a job for 2 people on top of their game. It so exciting to see them doing so well.

I didn’t know that they had planned that. It’s only fair. I hope they are able to hire at least one more person to help the couple left to run the shop. Gives them a chance to alternate some days off. Even if it’s 4 hours a day it can still take a toll doing it all by yourself.

Why not add a local farm chicken rotisserie machine and sell chicken in the afternoons from 3-5 for extra profits? Sell leftovers cold and packaged for mornings.

Now you need to build a huge barn/shed to pull your airstream into and enclose it. Add in a shower, woodstove, and extra storage. You'll be much warmer.
Got to say you both seem very tough to be around, glad you are both living your best selves.
When I returned to work last September I was thrown into the barista cafe. (Management mixups) I have never made fancy coffees. Although my main role was as cashier I also had to learn to make the coffees. Thank goodness I was able to switch back to my cafe oasis a couple of weeks later where I hit a switch and make drip coffee. Where I will always have a smile.
At 65 I discovered I am not programmed to be a barista!

Running a place is hard work. My grandparents owned a cafe and had 9 kids, they were there 7 days a week for 12 hours a day. So yes, hard work.

Congratulations on…well, everything! You are the best! I remember when I had my coffee shop, what was the hardest for me, was the customers always asking, why don’t you have this or that, why do you make it like that, why don’t you sell this or that! I live in a small town where people have a tendency of wanting things to stay the same and everything should be how they like it and how its been for the past 40 years. I was not used to this in the city where people could let go their creativity to the fullest and customers would just enjoy it fully. It came to be too much so I decided to change career plans. I now go to other small cities and encourage fully those artisans and passionate people knowing how important this is for them. They work so hard like you so last thing you need is people to complaint about nothing when you are giving your best in every aspect of the business.

PSA: Please do your due diligence in learning about latest findings wrt diet supplements; eg the possible need to take magnesium when taking vitamins D & K. Side note, I recently learned that B vitamins should be taken when you awake for the day and not before you go to bed, as B vitamins may disturb sleep.

I mean I have been a Starbucks member 30 years..and now that brand works..but USA folks are brainwashed that Roastery means Food..personally it is just a stupid name for a coffee shop..anyway, I watch because I love you guys and your energy is amazing..but surely you could have found a much better place for a coffee location that middle of no where Vermont? As a retailer for 50 years I would never choose such an out of the way location..of course I have snow,lol. I will keep watching..and those Greens who sponsor You as well as Tyler&Todd, are awesome!
