The same story with Harbor City, although it is a pity that the developers did not even make music for Lost, changing the tracks from Black. Exception: Death Port, although honestly the theme from there is more reminiscent of the music from MLaaTR...
It's the 1996 Spectre skin from Twisted Metal 2. But i can easily make a 1995 version from Twisted Metal (since it's just a stripeless version of the one from 2).
